| We spent a week at this villa in August. The rooms looked exactly as they did on the website. Everything was very clean. The location was great, a stone's throw from both the beach and the pool. We had a nice time, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. |

| Spent a week in the awesome villa over the July 4th holiday. Very well equipped, layout of living areas on the first floor, bedrooms on the second gave everyone room to spread out. Can't beat the location- very near the boardwalk to the beach, and across the street from the neighborhood pool. Very satisfied with our selection of this villa, and hope to return soon. |

We enjoyed four wonderful days in this lovely villa.
The ocean views from the living area on the first
floor as well as the master and queen bedrooms on
the second floor are just as described. The
property manager was so great to work with us as
we could not rent for a whole week. We really
appreciated their flexibility and understanding. We
would highly recommend this particular villa, but if
it is not available we would certainly recommend
renting another property managed by Akers, Ellis
and Truluck! And we recommend Kiawah! |

| We spent a week at the beach and had a wonderful time. The home had everything we needed and was very close to the beach; which was great with 3 small children. We will definantly return to Kiawah! |
