Perfect location for great views, wonderful walks, and a quiet family setting. We took our two children (under 4-years-old) and they loved it. The house was also comfortable for a set of grandparents and an uncle who came along as babysitter. The beds were really comfortable and everything is updated - yet full of character. The owner is very accommodating through the entire process. So many positive things to say about the house - we can't wait to go back to Seattle and stay again. |

We spent 7 nights here to attend a wedding & visit family. This home easily accommodated 5 adults & 2 young children. The description & pictures are 100% accurate. The beds are comfortable & the linens are the freshest smelling sheets & towels we've ever had in a rental. Each room is meticulously maintained, yet comfortable, inviting & with a purpose. The location is perfect as well, with a view of the Sound, & a walk away from Seattle Center or even Pike Market. The inclined streets & beautiful homes & sites make a challenging & enticing work out for runners. The owners were helpful & even provided A/C units for the unusually hot weather. This home is charming, inviting & well equipped - all of which made our stay even better. This is not hyperbole - we very much enjoyed this house & hope to stay there again for another family event in 2010. |

| Our family rented this house in early July of 2009. In a word - awesome! Great location, great views of the water, really nice kitchen, lots of space to spread out, TVs and reading nooks on multiple levels, gas grill for BBQ, bus stop nearby. If you go for walks, get ready for some stair climbing! The Queen Ann neighborhood is very hilly. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. |

We stayed here 4 nights for the Seattle Rock and Roll Marathon. This is an exceptional place to stay in Seattle. The house itself is terrific and the owners provide everything required for a great visit. The location is close to much of the best Seattle has to offer in a great neighborhood. Parking is easy, walking to many places is also a breeze. There are great views and the house has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. We would certainly stay here on our next visit. |

| My family and I stayed in this home for for four nights. We were very pleased with the neighborhood and the home itself. It was spotless and "as described". Heather was a pleasure to work with and refunded my security deposit promptly. Overall, very pleased. |

During our five-day visit to Seattle, this home easily accommodated our group of five adults. How to describe this well-maintained residence-beautiful landscaping, inviting decor and furniture, comfortable beds, good views, three bedrooms, modern kitchen and appliances, outdoor BBQ and picnic area, all located in the safe, quiet and picturesque Queen Anne neighborhood-what was not to like? The homeowners were very helpful and responsive. Of the many wonderful sights and attractions we experienced in Seattle, our family's fondest memory was the time spent at this great home. We were lucky to find this place! |

| We stayed here while looking for our permanent home and couldn't have been happier. The house is perfect in every way and we found it to be much better furnished (gourmet kitchen items, wonderful linens, etc) than anywhere else we had ever stayed. It was very peaceful, with a sound view in a great Queen Anne neighborhood. Highly recommend this place! |
