| Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your home during our vacation in July 2008. The condo was just a short walk from the Beach and Boardwalk. It was nice to stay in a place that was clean and inviting and made us feel right at home. The kids really enjoyed having the ocean and pool as their playground. This was our first time to Virginia Beach and we couldn't have had a better experience. Hope to see you next year. |

Really nice place to stay. It was our 3rd time in VB but first time in your condo, but it wont be the last one. It is really clean, well equipped and very convenient for a young family like us.

| We really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean II Studio- Pool view. We have 3 teenagers and they also had a wonderful time. With the trolley just at the door steps, they were independant and constantly on the go. The kitchen was a necessity for us and it is wonderfully equiped and modern. Everything we needed, we could find. The adults enjoyed having tea at night in the yard facing the ocean. We liked it so much, we are coming back next year. |

| We loved this cozy studio. everything was so new, fresh and clean. We appreciated all the extra towels and blankets. The kids just about died when they discovered the "finding Nemo" Decor! The DVD selections were a nice add too, and the pool and beach were in an excellent location to enjoy. We'll be back! |

| Condo was very clean, modern and well equipped. Location was the best. Had a little problem with the shower faucet and owner came out same day to repair. I would suggest some way to provide for more storage. My daughters had to live out of their suitcases and it made for too much clutter. 7-11 across the street was very convienant. I would consider a return stay but might try and get ocean view as that would give us the deck and a bit more space. |

The unit comes with a full size dresser, a night stand with drawers, hanging closet, multiple shelves in the entertainment center as well as plenty of room under the beds. Admittedly, with a family and a weeks worth of clothes it can become cluttered fast but we’ve provided as many storage options as the room will allow.

We had a GREAT time living in your beautiful Studio. Fully equiped kitchen, the Jacuzzi, the decoration and everything else, can we ask for more ??? NO... everything was perfect. Next Time, and i sincerely think there will be, we will rent your Ocean View Studio. The fact that we're walking only a few steps to end up in the sand.... the waves in the see, all the activities on the boardwalk....we will come back... what a trip !!!!
