| We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condominium in a premier area of Portland. It is convenient to everything, was quiet, private, and is very comfortable. Great restaurants within a short walking distance. Many great memories of our visit. The building is very secure. We enjoyed the sights, but it was great just to lounge in the condo or to take short walks. We plan to return and would recommend these accomodations for those who like luxury, comfort, and convenience. Very memorable! |

| My week at LITP was an incredibly relaxing and full one. There is no end to the amount of things you can get to just by walking for ten minutes in any direction. And after a long day of exploring everything The Pearl and downtown Portland have to offer, it was such a treat to be able to come back to this beautifully furnished space, to curl up with a blanket in front of the fire, and to just be. |

| My family and I stayed at this luxurious condo for almost 2 weeks in August 2009 and enjoyed it tremendously. It was clean, nicely decorated with modern decor, and furnished with great attention to details, from high end appliances to to fabulous original art pieces. The location was perfect with so many great restaurants and shops that were all within easy walking distance. And, with the convenience of the streetcar stop right across the street, we rarely had the need for our car. Michelle and Sandy were very gracious owners and we appreciated everything that they have done to make our stay a memorable one. We are looking forward to staying at this condo again soon (hopefully, this winter!). |

| What can we say? Our stay at Luxury in The Pearl was such a fabulous experience. The condo was better than any luxury hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Access to downtown Portland via streetcar was such a breeze with it being so close by. The park right next to the condo is quite a delightful refuge. The Pearl is overflowing with out of this world culinary delights and lovely shopping as well. Rest assured with no comparison, hands down we will stay at Luxury in The Pearl time and time again. Cheers. |

If you know Portland, you will know this is the perfect location in the "Pearl" to enjoy all that the downtown has to offer. This place is close to great food, parks, and entertainment... all a short walk or ride on the streetcar away. Our stay was so pleasant that is has me rethinking my long held belief that I could never really live in a downtown setting. Very classy, comfortable, and convenient living space in all respects. Congrats to the owners, who made it so special.
