| We stayed in this condo the week beginning September 19, 2009. The weather was unseasonably warm and we had sunshine every day....perfect for the beach!! Our niece was getting married on Folly Beach and this was the first time ever me and my 3 sisters have been on a vacation together. The condo was exceptional and well furnished. We loved relaxing by the pool in the afternoon and enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening soaking up the sights and smells of the beach. The location was perfect...we could walk to all the shops and restaurants and to the south end of the island where we found lots of shells. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a great beach experience. Thanks, Kim for the hassle-free rental process. |

We had a wonderful time at Folly Beach. Your condo was beautiful and we felt right at home. We enjoyed watching the surfers in the morning from the balcony, collecting shells on the beach and made it into Charleston numerous times to enjoy the city. Kim, we arrived home early this afternoon. I just wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time at your condo. It was perfect for us. You have it decorated so nice and comfortable. We hope to come back next summer and stay at 205.

| PERFECT!!! This condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious and a great location for walking to restaurants and the pier. All the furniture is very comfortable(especially the master bed with great linens). It is very well equipped with everything you need. We were a group of 4 adults and having a TV in all 3 bedrooms was a nice touch. We espcially enjoyed the very large balcony. Kim was professional, prompt and just easy to work with. We will definitely be repeat visitors. |

We can't say enough about how beautiful this condo is. The decor is wonderful, and all the comforts of home are provided. What a joy it is to sit on the deck in the early morning with a cup of coffee and watch the porpoises playing in the ocean. For folks from Vermont, that is quite a novelty!
Kim is a joy to work with, and we are already looking forwarded to returning again. |

| We were only able to stay 2 days at Kim's Folly Beach unit. However, I would certainly recommend it again as it is quite spacious. A beautiful view of the beach and boardwalk from the balcony are certainly a plus. For the 5 of us that stayed, it was quite spacious and clean, as well as very well designed. We completely loved the privacy that each bedroom afforded us. |

| I have traveled a lot and searched for a classy condo....this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is directly oceanfront and absolutely has everything to make your stay perfect. The unit is spacious, clean, neat, and beautifully decorated. Kim is a delight to work with and the unit now has wireless internet service too!!!!!!!! Enjoy a piece of peace here! |

| This condo was perfect! 4 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable here. Owners provide every amenity for young children -- bed rails, portable crib, stroller -- even beach toys! Condo is immaculately clean, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Kim is delightful to do business with; organized, personable, and prompt. She kept us apprised of the beach renourishment project so there would be no surprises when we arrived. I can't say enough good things -- stay here, you won't regret it! |

| I would highly recommend to ANYONE, Kim's Family's place.We stayed in July. My family and I had such a positive experience. The place was top notch. Kim went out of her way to make the week wonderful. We can't wait to go back in 2005. Why rent from the rest when Kim's is the best??My mom was with us and she is very picky and she kept raving how beautiful everything was. Kim and her family really make you feel at "home" for your vacation. Thank you again Kim for EVERYTHING. |

| We just booked our 2005 vacation with Kim and she is exceptional to deal with! She is prompt, courteous, helpful and very professional. We rent a house in a different place each year and Kim has been by far the easiest person to rent from! We are now really looking forward to our vacation! |

Dear Kim: Thank you so much for the stay in your condo this weekend. Everything went extremely well. As you stated, the unit was close to the elevator - which my Mother dearly appreciated. All four of us stayed quite comfortably. In fact, I think my Mom and Mother-in-law enjoyed the condo just as much, if not more, than their visits to the City.
The decorating was impeccable and so was the unit itself. I guess I could just go on and on, but with little ones you have your hands full. Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how much we loved it and appreciate your hospitality.

You have a beautiful condo right on the ocean with a beautiful view. My family and I had a great weekend. The weather was perfect. Folly Beach is great little beach community with very good restaurants all within walking distance from the condo. I recommend the Folly Beach Crab Shack. I also recommend taking a trip to see the Morris Island Lighthouse. It is amazing to me that it has withstood all the hurricanes of the past. Thank you for making your home our "home away from home" for the weekend. |

| Thanks so much for a "family friendly" environment. The furnishings were wonderful. It was great to have bedrails available for our toddler. The view is spectacular. This home looks like it could be in Pottery Barn. Very neat, clean and BEAUTIFUL. Every detail was taken attended to. We really appreciated having some of the minimal toiletries available when we arrived. We really, really loved everything! Most of all, it was a pleasure dealing with the owner! |

written you sooner but we've been busy trying to get our car back from
North Carolina. On our way home from your place at about Ashville we lost
the transmission in the van. At least Isabelle missed us.

This condo served our 4-generation family vacation very nicely. It provided such a comfortable and relaxing setting. We enjoyed the peacefulness as well as the convenience offered at Folly. My family told me over and over how well I did in planning this special vacation. The Beall's were gracious hosts and made us feel welcomed even before we arrived on July 5, 2003. | Our family (4 adults/1 baby) had a wonderful time at this Folly Beach rental in June 03. The view was wonderful-when the tide was in you felt like you were actually on the beach. The furnishings are new, comfortable and clean. The close proximity to the fishing pier and downtown area made entertainment and dining out easy. I recommend this unit and would rent it again. |
