| If you've been looking for a place to host a group during their stay in Portland then you have found the perfect one. I had guests’ coming from 7 different countries to attend my wedding and needed a place that would provide good comfort, accessibility, convenience while they were here. I spent 3 days searching everything possible trying to find a place that would fit the criteria and was satisfied only this place I recommend this in the highest way possible. It was easy to give directions to this place and each person felt very blessed because it was so charming and nice. I was very happy to find this place and found it very easy to talk with the owners. In my opinion you will not and cannot find a better price for the quality anywhere in Portland. |

| The house was great for us. We were in town for a wedding and the "California Cousins" all stayed here. Kitchen is well equipped, yard is beautiful and the living room very cozy and we all felt like Portland natives! In typical POrtland style the stairs up and down are steep - so if this bugs you be forwarned, but we loved the charm - especially the upstairs bedroom - very sweet. Loved "Blend" - the coffee place we could crawl to down the block. Owner also great to work with. We will come back! |

| When I first walked into this house back in February I fell in love. It's a beautifully maintained and updated 1930s style home, complete with original woodwork and coffered ceilings. The owners have lovingly added rich color and homey decor. The master bedroom located on the upper floor is a calming retreat. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a living and dining room, kitchen and bonus room and 2 bathrooms, all very cozy. The lower level has a TV room that's also full of books and music, and there's a very convenient washer/dryer area. The whole setup is so very smart and user-friendly, I was sorry to leave after an extended stay in the Portland area. The neighborhood was fantastic, everyone walks or bikes in this city and you're only a short trip from anywhere you want to shop, eat or play. We became friendly with the owners, who treated us well in every possible respect. I'll remember our stay in Portland with fondness for a very long time! |

The property was a dream for us. We had a professional retreat here for just over a week and found the space perfect for our 8 adults. The upstairs was lovely, the downstairs was immaculate and uniquely furnished with everything from Portland whimsy to classic, and the basement room was the perfect getaway.
The hot tub in the back was a wonderful bonus that just added to the overall character of the place and provided a marvelous decompression for all of our staff at the end of a day.
The best part was its location. In Portland you can bike or take mass transit to anywhere and the property's in the perfect confluence of transport options. It's very close to great breakfast, dinner, and coffee options as well. ... and Portland coffee is legendary.
Finally, the owners were wonderful to work with. Very professional, prompt, and just generally caring people. I was happy to rent from them and will do so again! |
