We have had several repeat renters for next year since we first listed our house as a rental on VRBO early this year.

We have added the following to enhance our house: steel front and side door, pella storm door, shutters, gutters & guards, couches, diswasher. We are currently redoing front of house and deck - all for the comfort and safety of all our very special guests.

Many of our guests are repeat. We have had positive feedback as recently as August 8, 2009, where the renters stayed 1 week with their entire family.
