| This place is beautiful!!! It is new, gorgeously decorated and has every up to date gadget you would want. The high ceilings are amazing and the gathering space is open and easy to cook, eat and relax, all at the same time! Close to the beach and pool. And another great convenience is you can be at the grocery store or "beverage" store within minutes! We will definitely stay there again, you get a lot for the money. |

What an amazing house! Everyone was not only
comfortable but felt truly at home. The sound
machines in each room were like sleep machines
and after a day of riding bikes,shopping and hitting
the beach the kitchen was actually a joy to cook in.
I love that Publix was so close yet I felt a world
away from civilization!! Best part of the house are
the porches--we'll be back! |

| We had a wonderful time at High Tide! The convenience of the beach, pools, shopping, and restaurants were greatly appreciated by each couple. We had eight adults and everyone slept comfortably, not to mention the kitchen was well equipped and we were all able to sit down for dinner together. The bikes were also a big hit and the lawn out front was perfect for a little football. We have been visiting the Santa Rosa Beaches for over 20 years and this is one of the best houses we have stayed in. We will be sure to return soon. |

| An unbelievable vacation home in an unbelievable setting-- the best of both worlds-- the beach and the woods. Inside is Architectural Digest meets Coastal Living with a perfectly appointed family room, a dining area that's perfect for entertaining and four bedrooms that are soundproff and totally insulated. A great setup with all the amenities of the perfect beach community. Can't wait to go back. |

| This house is a gem. I loved being able to walk to the beach and pool, ride bikes around the beautiful Watercolor and Seaside areas, then come home and take a nap in the swing on the front porch after having a wonderful glass of chardonnay. All this rest, relaxation and recreation while staying in an elegant home. I will return and I hope soon! |

We simply loved this house! We had 7 adults and
everyone slept comfortably. The bedrooms were
equipped with blackout curtains and white noise
machines, so everyone had a restful night's sleep.
Additionally, this was the most well-equipped
rental home we have ever stayed in - I don't think I
have this many kitchen gadgets at home! All of us
enjoyed riding the bikes around watercolor and
seaside, and we will definitely be staying here
again! |

| We had two families stay in this house for a wonderful reunion vacation. The house was perfect for all of us to both enjoy private time and time together. The house is beautifuly decorated. The owners were very responsive and wanted our expereience to be perfect. We highly recommend it! |

| We all totally enjoyed our stay. This house is perfect for anyone just wanting to get away from it all yet close enough to join in on all the amenities of the area and enjoy themselves. We filled the house to capacity...there were 11 of us and we were comfortable. This is a great house, the porch swings were in constant use as well as the bikes. We will most definitely be returning...only staying longer!! |

| 6/19/09 This home was the perfect setting for a fabulous vacation. We felt it was the best location in Watercolor, had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and was tastefully decorated. There were 7 of us staying there with lots of space to roam. The bikes were a big hit!! We highly recommend this beautiful home and will stay there again. |

This house is charming! it is beautifully and
comfortably furnished. The living spaces are very
accommodating and well appointed. The beds and
linens were so comfy. The black out drapes were
fantastic! We loved spending time on the front
porch swings and also on the private back porch.
The four bikes were a blast! This house had
everything we needed and we would definitely stay
there again. |
