| You will not find a nicer condo at Las Palomas, we had two families with 10 people total and there was more than enough space for 6 kids! Everything was perfect from the bedding to the couches to the patio! We can't wait to visit again |

This was a very incredible place. Our stay for 6
days was perfect. This condo has everything you
need and the views are simply amazing. Our
check-in and check-out was simple and easy. The
pool table provided entertainment while I cooked
and our children enjoyed the enormous balcony
and the comfortable swing. We will be back for
sure! |

| The condo was absolutley amazing. The view, the space, the decor and the amentities were all first class. Also, being a huge sports fan, it was like a slice of heaven being able to watch NASCAR and NFL simultaneously on the large flat screen televisions. Lastly, Mike's customer service and rapid response style are good reasons to come back over and over and over. Unless the condo is already booked, we can not imagine staying anywhere else in Rocky Point. |

| SIMPLY AMAZING!!! My wife and I have been to Rocky Point several times and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed at. We stayed at other resorts in the Sandy Beach area and Las Conchas area, and nothing compares to this condo. Large rooms, great views and tastefully decorated. My family enjoyed this place so much we are considering canceling our annual trip to Cancun to come back to this condo. I highly recommend this condo and will visit again soon. |

| I've been going to Rocky Point 3 to 4 times a year for over 5 years and this is by far the best condo I have stayed in. I have stayed at just about every resort on Sandy Beach and Las Palomas is by far the nicest and this is by far the nicest condo in Las Palomas. Any questions or issues we had during our stay were quickly handled by Mike through e-mail. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to go to Rocky Point and honestly couldn't see staying in any other condo. Well worth the slightly higher rate of the other 3 bedrooms. |

| This is a beautiful condo. We had 4 adults and 3 children and never once felt crowded. The extra large great room had full length view of the ocean. We had our very own ocean front dining on the patio every night. Ocean front views from every balcony. The condo is tastefully decorated. Modern, stainless steel appliances. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cocktail glasses, etc. enough for service of 12! Bring your pool cues and brush up on your skills. Bring your movies, too, to view on one of the 5 plasma t.v.'s. Don't forget to try out my favorite lounger, the "hammock chair", let the ocean put you to sleep (if the margaritas don't). Mike was very quick to respond via email to any questions or concerns we had while there. This is THE BEST place we have stayed at in Rocky Point and we have been going there for 5 years. Well worth the money; you get what you pay for. |

| This place was amazing. Everything was as great as the pictures show. Amazing ocean views! Perfect family get away, comfortable beds, and furniture. LOTS of space. The pool table was a hit, along with the 52 inch plasmas. We will be back FOR SURE!!! Definitely worth getting a little more room and nicer place for your money. |

| The condo is beautiful with lovely, tasteful furnishings. The best property I have been in at Rockey Point. Fantastic view out three sides of the property with wrap around decks. Las Paolomas is a world class propery with beautiful beaches and ammenities |
