| We have been meeting friends in Cambria for the last several years and have stayed at a couple different houses. This home is perfect! Donna was extremely gracious in all our interactions with her and the home is beautifully appointed. The living areas in the home are great, along with a wonderful dining area and a great kitchen! The home is perfect for family gatherings or just getting together with friends. |

Our family travelled from near and far to meet for a few days in Cambria, one of our favorite places in the USA! Again we booked Donna's home, and again we had a great time. The home is so well equipped and comfortable. We enjoy meeting together to eat meals and to gather in the large living room and on the deck. It is so easy to get to the beach from the house, to walk to the Moonstone Beach boardwalk and to town.
The weather was beautiful.We shall return, Donna!

We have rented in Cambria many times, and we
truly enjoyed our stay in the Proctor home. Six of
us (myself, my husband, my mother-in-law, my
two kids, and a family friend) stayed the week of
Thanksgiving 2008. The two living rooms provided
the kids with their own space and they went crazy
over the Wii! What a surprise that was! The house
has everything you'll ever need for a luxurious and
comfortable stay, and it is even set up for WiFi,
which was a huge plus. Every bed is so
comfortable! Better than the finest hotel! And
being so close to the park, my kids walked down on
their own, bogged with their baseball gear, and
involved themselves in pick-up games with other
kids almost every day. and I cannot go on enough
about the town of Cambria. If you've never been,
give it a try, and consider this home when you're
looking for a house rather than a hotel/motel. |

| We recently spent a week at the Proctors' house with several family members. The home is spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable--more than we imagined. Donna has anticipated every need and provided for such. The two living rooms with TVs made it easy to spread out and relax, and the view is lovely. The location makes it easy to walk on the beach or to shop in town. |

| My wife and I, along with a brother and two of our sisters (and their spouses) stayed here for a week in September 08. The house is spotless, well decorated, roomy, and better than advertised. It was comfortable, big screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen--we had a great time and not a single disappointment. |

| We had a group of ten stay in this beautiful house and couldn't have had a better time. It is perfectly located and we did SO many things. We went to the beach in Avila, ate dinner in Morro Bay and Templeton, enjoyed Hearst Castle, shopped and ate in Cambria, and went to the Mid-state Fair in Paso Robles. In between it all, we relaxed and reconnected at the Cambria house. We like to call it "The Mansion"! Thanks to the Proctors for opening up their home and giving us the opportunity to enjoy it. |

It was so relaxing and the climate was perfect, warm days and cool nights. Donna is extremely present and very friendly. Just wanted to say thank you for opening up your home to us. We had a fabulous time and everyone was impressed with your home. Your kitchen had everything a person could want or need and great for entertaining. The bedrooms were all spacious. The location was perfect. We walked down to the beach at least twice a day, and could hear the waves crashing on the shore at night. Although we were attending a wine event in Paso Robles, we preferred staying in Cambria instead due to having beach access and the great restaurants. Thank you again! |

| Yes! This house is big and wonderful. And Yes! The location is great. And Yes! The owner is helpful, cooperative, and all-around terrific! But let me tell you about the attributes that attracted us to this house. We are four senior couples. We play bridge. We need a house with four comfortable king or queen bedrooms -- no bunks, no double beds, no sofa beds -- and at least three bathrooms so there's privacy and no waiting in line. And we need enough space so that we're not constantly running into each other, because we're in the house all the time playing bridge. This is a rare home that was perfect for us in all respects!!! |

I invited my girlfriends to join me in celebrating my birthday. We had a full house but never felt crowded in any way. I don't like to "rough it" when I go on vacation and staying in this home is totally "first class" all the way. We wanted for nothing. Donna provides so many things that you truly feel like you are a guest in her home. The only thing missing was DONNA! The beds were ALL incredibly comfortable even the couch fold out. | I've rented many houses in the Cambria/Cayucos area, but none of them were as well equipped and comfortable as this one. My family does a 'mini' family retreat every year and this was one of the nicest. The house slept all 10 of us comfortably and the location (right near the park)made for lively football games and more low key walks. The owner furnishes everything to make your Cambria experience an enjoyable one. You can't go wrong with this home!! |

However , the beds were just THE BEST. The Proctor’s house on Bristol Street is lovely and comfortable with every amenity you could possibly wish for including beautiful oceans views. You can walk on the beach nearby or in the neighborhood parks which have hilltop direct ocean views. The house is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the charming town of Cambria, Paso Robles wine country and the Hearst Castle. There is great bike riding on quiet country roads. Clean up is tough (if you have a large group) with a high cleaning charge. I recommend hiring a cleaning service on your own to clean. Otherwise, I would recommend the house. |

perfect "headquarters" for sampling the
various pleasures of Cambria and the area.
There were 10 of us, but we kept meeting in
the living room after jogs, walks, shopping,

| In a world where everything is rated, Donna's Cambria house deserves the highest recommendation. As my Uncle Jack says, vacations are divided into 3 parts: the planning, the trip, and the memories. On a scale of 1 to 10, our experience with Donna and her house in Cambria rates a 10 in all three aspects. Sadly, the only thing we went wanting for was more time. Fortunately Donna made a special arrangement for us and we ended up spending an extra day more than we initially planned, much to the delight of all 9 of our party. Cambria is perfect for satisfying a wide variety of tastes. My son and I lived at the beach and explored the tidal pools, and especially enjoyed the elephant seals about 10 minutes up the Coast Highway. My wife, her Mom, my Mom, and my Aunts particularly enjoyed the Cambria shops. Even the trip itself to Cambria was special. No doubt we will keep the house and the area in our future dreams. We planned on having approx. 8 guests and thought it would be great to have us all stay together (plus it is more economical given the # of guests). I was a little sceptical of the internet, but once I contacted Donna, all of my sceptisism subsided. From day 1, all of my questions were answered and the process was simple-Just pick a time and try to contain your excitement. We arrived at the house and it exceeded our expectations. What a beautiful home! The views from the balcony were amazing, the walk to the beach was a stones throw and all amenities were top notch. If you love to cook, this is the kitchen for you. If you love to relax and socialize, the large living room with the crackling fireplace is the place. This is a fabulous vacation home.. we have rented along the coast for 15 years and this house accommodated our 2 families(10 people) in comfort and luxury. The location was perfect .. our 6 boys spent a lot of time at the park playing football and on the beach. Great home in a great place. Our family converged on this airy Central Coast retreat from all parts of California. This Mediterranean home is exceptionally clean, big and accommodating. Our family loves to congregate in the kitchen and we especially loved this kitchen! We also loved the view and seating from the balcony. It was a one block walk to the beach and ready access to what one of our party called “easily one of the top 10 jogging trails” he’d ever run. An easy walk (or free tram ride if you prefer) took us into the heart of Cambria’s galleries, shops, and places to eat. A short jaunt over to the Moonstone Beach Café for Sunday brunch on the patio had us looking out on the Pacific as we enjoyed a wonderful meal. Spectacular. We hope to return soon.

I was enterested in finding a beachhouse for my family to enjoy for a long weekend and found the beachhouse in Cambria to be all of what we were looking for. The house was very elegant but also practical. Especially the kitchen. Very nice!!
Fun was had by all during the day,wheather hanging out on the beach,wine tasting or checking out Hearst Castle. But we couldn't wait to get back to the house to light the fireplace and enjoy the sounds of the ocean on the front balcony with a glass of fine wine that was purchased at a nearby winery.
We are already talking about a return trip.
Thank you Donna for making our stay so enjoyable and stress free.
