aloha julie,
we had a wonderful time at your condo.
it was clean, well equiped & the view was just what we wanted.
but because we cook in most of the time, the only thing that we could have used,
was a larger size frying pan, for breakfast.
other than that, everything was perfect!!
we moved to another property, after our 3 nights at your place & my wife
wished we had reserved the extra time with you!
so.........thank you & aloha!!

Thank you for the notification that our frying pan has gone missing. Every once in a while things are taken to the another family members rented condo and parties forget to bring it back. We are here at K303 and will be replacing the pan as well as adding other amenities for our guests to enjoy! Aloha, Julie

We had a fabulous time. The weather was perfect. It only misted one day-just enough to create a gorgeous rainbow.
We enjoyed our stay at your wonderful condo. There were 4 women (girls trip) one 29 yo, 2 girls in their mid 30's and me (Mom). The views were fantastic. The condo was clean and things were in order. Loved that there were lots of towels. We used the beach chairs and cooler frequently as we spent a lot of time at the beach (most of the time at Napili Bay).
I highly recommend "Da Beach House" in Lahaina for snorkel and surf board rentals. We rented new snorkel gear for $10 for the week. My 29 year old daughter rented a stand up paddle board and she had a blast with that (Of course we had to rent a Ford 150 truck to haul it around!!).

Hi Julie!
We had a fabulous time in Maui! The condo was great and everything was in order when we arrived. It was clean and all the linens, soaps and paper products we needed were supplied. The view was fabulous! We especially appreciated having a code entry rather than having to always carry keys with us. One thing that would've been great to have to use would've been a little cooler to take sandwiches on day-trips. We will definitely keep you in mind for future trips and tell our friends about you.

We were very happy with our dealings with your management company. We found the kitchen perfectly stocked. The beds were comfy, the washer and dryer worked well, I love, love, love the key-less entry, the pools served us well. It was great! We did leave two boogie boards there for your next guests.
All in all, you have a great unit with a fabulous view that is absolutely perfect for families. Thank you so much for making it affordable for us!

Our stay at K303 Papakea was amazing, The apartment is very luxurious with 2 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms and a large sofa bed in the living area, The decor was lovely and the apartment is as fully equip, if not better then your own home. its a very spacious apartment and the views are utterly amazing, to walk out and have breakfast overlooking the pool which is right next to the sea is amazing, The swimming pool has lots of gas BBQ's for you to use and on a whole the complex is beautiful with little gardens and putting greens, The shops are directly across the road. Lahaina town is about a 10min drive down the road with hourly bus routes although we did hire a car as its the best way to see the island and beautiful beaches. overall Maui is by far the most beautiful place to stay and this apartment is the icing on the cake, you wouldn't fail to have an amazing time and the fact that the apartment has everything you need is a great money saving option also. We are back! What a great time we had! We loved, loved, loved your condo. I was trilled when I walked in and saw the ocean. It was clean and big, we used the kitchen everyday. We grilled at the pool almost every night, this all saved us a bunch of money I am sure. We loved the weather, that was the best. We went snorkeling four days so we rented the gear from Boss Frogs down the street, that was very affordable.
If we go back to Maui one day I would really like to use your condo again, I will keep your information and get in touch with you then.

Good morning Julie,
We had a great time at your place! All of us loved the family feel of it, the view, and the bbq area was perfect. We all slept very sound and didn't hear noise and enjoyed being woke up by the birds. It was clean and in good order when we arrived and the front desk was very helpful when we had questions about beaches and rentals. We would highly recommend the A & B rental place right on the road to the left as you leave. The owners name is Annie, she was very nice and even rented us putters for $5, so we could putt all week : ) Her snorkel gear didn't leak, we rented from Boss Frog's up the street and 3 of ours leaked, we took them back after 1 day. Our kids loved your place, it was big enough for 3 big kids and Jim and I liked our own master. We felt very blessed to have such an awesome vacation. ( wouldn't have changed a thing except to stay longer : ) We are happy to recommend your place to family and friends.

We highly recommend Papakea unit K 303. This 2 bedroom 2 bath was perfect for our family - Grandma/Grandpa, Mom/Dad and 2 small children. The huge master had a comfortable king sized bed, 2nd bedroom had two twins, and a comfy hide-a-bed in the livingroom. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. The view from K303 was fabulous!! We enjoyed having breakfast every morning on the very private lanai which overlooks the pool area and out to the ocean - we even watched whales from our lanai! The grounds are beautifully maintained with fun amenities like shuffleboard, putt putt golf, and ponds filled with koi. The heated pool was fantastic as was the hot tub. This unit had all the necessities for cooking in, which we did most nights. We loved using the gas BBQ's which are down by the pool too. The Star Market is within walking distance which was very convenient for getting our groceries. The beach is wonderful and great for small children because it is protected by a small reef. This was the perfect family destination - we're already planning our return!!!
