| My family is constantly looking for great getaways nearby where we can relax at the beach. We have stayed at a few different places in Surf City, but yours is by far the best. We have since been to your unit 7 times and thoroughly enjoy it! Thanks for creating such a relaxing place to stay. |

| This is a great property. The location is great with the view of the ocean and pool. If cooking in, please remember to bring Cassarole dishes. That is the only thing we needed that wasn't already there. Very clean and nice unit. |

| My wife, son & I stayed in this beautiful condo and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The pool and beach being so close was just perfect. The ocean was so clean and the fishing was incredible. We will definately return and hope this unit is available. |

My family and I have stayed in several Surf units, but none compare to yours. The unit had every ammenity we needed and had a pleasant, "beachy" feel. The view was great (since we could see the ocean OR watch the kids at the pool from while relaxing on the deck). My daughter also want you to know the best place to find shark's teeth is on the north side of the development.
Thanks for a great vacation, we'll be booking next years week soon.
