We loved staying in Mountain Splendor. Its a great cabin and very close to all the attractions. We especially loved the hot tub, jacuzzi and use of the pool. We love this area and will definitely be back in the future

Mountain Splendor--the only place that could be better would be Heaven. It was clean, spacious, well-equipped, quiet, beautiful, conveniently located etc. We took advantage of ALL the many amenities and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The housekeeping staff were wonderfully helpful. When we arrived the "manager" saw that we had a 15-month old and immediately provided a child gate for the top of the stairs. A slight mechanical glitch was taken care of ASAP. They were great about providing information, and they were very friendly.
We also loved perpetually having Elvis "in residence." It was fun trying to guess some of the more subtle Elvis connections in the decor.
The Davises have left the building! We were very pleased and would love to stay here again.

It's really hard to find the words to desscribe such a wonderful place !!!!! We arrived on Thursday nite at about 7:30 P. M. after being on the road for 14 hrs., dog tired and ready for a good nites sleep. We entered a wonderful mountain cabin, spotlessly clean, and with everything we needed to make 3 aging couples on vacation 100% comfortable. Our total experience with Mr. Hinson, from securing our accomodations by phone and e-mail, and recieving everything we needed to making our arrival and stay trouble-free was a total pleasure. We certainly will remember this place when we return to this area, which will probably be again next year. Thanks again for wonderful vacation accomodation.

We were blown away to see that the cabin was every bit as good, even better than the pictures showed. It was a very good experience for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire vacation. As much as we enjoyed Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, we equally enjoyed the time we got to spend in your great cabin. It was much more than enough room for us and the downstairs was great with the pool table, air hockey table and the playstation 2. I hope your place is available when our entire family vacations next summer, I've told them all about it. Thanks again, it was a great experience.

We had a wonderful time staying in your spacious and lovely cabin. It was just what we needed, a quiet spot with a great view. Naturally, all of us want to return soon, but two of our grandsons keep asking when we are going again. Our youngest grandson, age 5, didn't want to leave the air hockey game behind.
Thanks for making our vacation special by providing a wonderful place with a great view. Being with family brought back memories we will forever cherish.

We had the BEST TIME at your cabin! The cabin had everything we needed to make it a great time in the mountains. The location was absolutely perfect for all the attractions we were interested in seeing and doing in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had so much space to spread out in the cabin...very roomy! The weather was absolutely perfect so the kids made good use of the pool and the hot tub was absolutely wonderful after 1 1/2 days at Dollywood! The kids loved everything about the gameroom and spent many hours having fun with air hockey, pool and the PlayStation II. Our youngest child (age 6) would get tired while out and about and beg us to go back to the cabin...she could have easily just stayed there our entire visit!!!
Thanks for sharing your great cabin with us...you get a big "thumbs up" from all of us!

| We spent a week at your cabin with our extended family, 12 total, and we had a great time. There was plenty of room for all and we never felt crowded, even when it was meal time! We couldn't have asked for a better place and we all felt right at home. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. Loved the location too, since it was secluded and also close to everything. | My extended family and I just had a fabulous stay at your cabin! The location was wonderful...secluded from everything yet just minutes to Pigeon Forge and all of its activities. There was wonderful scenery yet no winding mountain roads. My father who runs a wholesale business repeatedly asked me for your contact info. so that he could pass it on to his customers. My sister-in-law said she could live at your beautiful cabin and my thirteen year old son was saying within an hour of arriving back home that he missed the cabin! The cabin and all of its attractions were so nice we hardly wanted to leave. The ten of us can't wait to go back next year! |

| WOW! This log home was perfect in every way. My family and I had a wonderful time relaxing in this huge mountain home. We enjoyed the hot tub, air hockey table and pool table very much. The layout of the home is perfect with lots of open spaces to enjoy family activites. The location is perfect...close to the strip but away from it all. Our plans for a Daytona Beach and Disney World vacation had to be cancelled due to Hurricane Frances. I found your web site on the internet and gave my information to get reservations from you. Within the hour you had called me to talk about reserving your cabin. I have never been so thrilled in my life as when the whole family (daughter&son-in-law,grandson, son&daughter-in-law and two granddaughters, plus my husband and myself)drove up that hill and saw your cabin. But even better was the site we saw when we opened the door. It looks brand new, polished wood floors, beautifully equiped kitchen, big screen tv and all of the extras. | We were totally impressed with the Hinson's cabin. It was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and inviting. We took 6 college kids up for a retreat and they loved it as well. The pool table was a big hit. I will stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Pigeon Forge area. |

Four couples from the Easley-Anderson area were so anxious to "get away from it all" and you provided the perfect place. We arrived on Friday and found a wonderful log home that was well equipped with everything and wonderful rocking chairs that let us sit in the evening and "rock away" our stresses of every-day life. In fact when one couple had to leave on Sunday, another couple came in to enjoy some time away. We loved the kitchen and living area where we had great fun at night playing "Chicken Foot." We will return and use this home again. My family would like to return in the winter and have our children and "grands" up for a long weekend. It's a cabin to return to time after time.

| Mountain Splendor is a beautiful cabin. It is very roomy and has a great view. I was surprised to see how spacious it was. Everything you need is there at the cabin and it is located so close to anywhere you might want to go. I would recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and I would definitely stay there again!!! |

My sisters & our Mom spent the weekend in Mountain Splendor, We had a ball just spending time together doing girl stuff. The cabin is beautiful & very well equipped. We all loved the ELVIS theme. Mom had a blast in the jacuzi tub ( we like to never got her out!) We all enjoyed the pool. Thanks so much for giving us the opportunity to use your home for our Mother/Daughter get away. We all hope to come back again soon.

| WOW! what a beautiful cabin. My family and I could have easily stayed there and not bothered to see any of the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. Pool table, TV's, hot tub, VCR's, DVD's, CD players, swimming pool, and Elvis. Our stay was short, only 4 nights, but we managed to see Louise Mandrell, Dixey Stampede, Country Tonight,forbidden caves, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, drove through the Smokey Mountains, and shopped at the many factory outlets. |

If you are thinking of staying at Mountain Splendor be prepared for a fabulous time. The cabin is so beautiful. Inside and out. The view from the upper and lower decks are fabulous. The cabin inside is splendid. Lots of t.v.'s (a huge 60" one), lots of great music, beautiful pool table, and a Play Station if you like those. So bring your favourite games. However, they have some there for you to use. Everything is brand new. It is bright and cheery and has an open consept. The beds are ever so comfy. The furniture is really comfortable and snuggly. We were sad to have to leave because it was so nice and homey. We loved everything about it. Especially, the owners, as they are really nice and extremely helpful. Don't even think about whether to go there or not...just pack you bags and go. You will be happy you did.

| The Hinson's Place Mountain Splender in Peigon Forge is the place to be when going on vacation in Tennessee. The cabin is brand new, well furnished and has a splended view. it is only two minutes away from the action and fun places in Peigon Forge. We had a great time there. |
