We are picky. We were looking for a condo for three weeks which is a long time get away for us newly retired folks. We came to Frisco in April and located other condos through VHBO and another rental company. After driving around Frisco, we knew we wanted Mountainside. It was quiet, yet, in close proximity to everything we wanted to do - biking, hiking, kayaking. We then were able to use a local renting company and view several of the condos in Mountainside and with Jerry's help this condo as well. After all that, this was the place for us. We concur with the others who have written about this condo.
In addition, we so appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. The new keyless entry was very convenient--no key worries and so easy to use. The other guests and owners at Mountainside were friendly and respectful.
We highly recommend this condo to others.

| Condo was quiet and completely enjoyable. Lots of room, totally clean and comfortable. The views from the 3rd floor windows and balconies are fabulous and serene. We enjoyed our stay in this condo immensely. Thank you!!! |

| I know when I saw your condo on the website, I said to myself "this is where I want to stay". I made the right choice. I felt at home here. The condo is beautiful & I love the decorating. It was great being able to put your back pack on and walk out the door and go hiking...great views. The sunrises & sunsets were awesome. If I ever get back to CO, I hope your place is available. |

Our guest book is brand new, so we are looking forward to lots of entries from those of you who choose our condo for your vacation. We have had a "hard-copy" guest book for a long time, and will add comments from that the next time we visit the condo.
BTW, Jay & Susan are VERY active cyclists and Jay works for the the gas & electric company in Denver. Susan is taking courses to sharpen her computer skills.
Karen & Jerry are retired and travel a lot. When home, they enjoy volunteering at the Parker Task Force and playing with their dogs & grandkids.

| My family has stayed in this same unit at least half a dozen times, and we enjoy it more each time. The new kitchen is incredible, and the large deck out back can't be beat!! We have spent our best summer and winter vacations in this unit. The unit is always clean and well stocked with towels,linens, dishes, and cookware. Some of our best family memories are from our trips to Mountainside! Keep up the great work! |

| I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The decor was well done in a cabin-y theme, so you got the mountain feel. The clubhouse was immaculate but is across the parking lot. However a quick trip in the sauna or soak in one of the hot tubs makes it much easier. The views are incredible and the trails are right there. We parked the car and took our bikes everywhere. We can't wait to make it back up there again! |
