This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Colorado Springs. Our two families came for our 12 year old boys to compete at the Olympic Training Center. We stayed five days and had a wonderful time. The split level allowed for each family to have their privacy but still have access to the kitchen and living are upstairs. We ate out only once and the cooked in the rest of the time. The OTC was a quick 3 block walk and there is a GREAT ice skating rink 3 blocks in the other direction. Joan was super easy to work with, the transaction was smooth and the house is cozy and clean. We definitely plan to stay again next year. Thanks so much for such a super fun time.

From an e-mail "The location was great, it seemed to be about 10 minutes from everything. We took advantage of our time and managed to get a lot done. I was able to mountain bike on 4 days and we hit all the regular tourist spots, pikes peak, royal gorge, garden of the gods, santas workshop, downtown, oldtown, manitou springs, etc... the proximity to the park was nice, we walked there several times.

We did enjoy our time out west and with two kids the house made it lot easier to keep our routine."
