This is a lovely house with much attention to detail when remodelled. Spacious bedrooms, nice layout of living room/kitchen/dining room for families, beautiful master bathroom with steam shower and jetted tub.
Easy access to beach and touristy places like the Boardwalk and Capitola near house. Yard nicely landscaped and fenced in for our children to play. Hot tub for adults was an added bonus!!
Owners very easy to work with. Would highly recommed to others!

The house was absolutely beautiful and well cared for. The kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled and quite spacious. We loved the steam shower! The bedrooms were also very large and comfortable.

The house is a very short walk to the beach and is located in a very nice neighborhood.

The owners were very amenable and great to work with.

Our family looks forward to staying at this house again.
