| Very nicely furnished and decorated. The location near a children's play ground worked out well for our visit to the grand kids. The small fridge and kitchen are very well equipped for cooking breakfast and simple meals. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Al and Colleen are gracious hosts. We had a wonderful time. |

| I had the pleasure of staying at Pied-a-Terre from August thru mid December because of a short term job assignment in Southern California. As a corporate traveler this location was wonderful, centrally located in Long Beach and just a short walk to a wonderful beach and walking/running trail. On those nights that I wanted to go out it was less than a block to wonderful 2nd Street in Belmont Shore. What a perfect location to stay while working or on vacation. 2nd Street has many wonderful restaurants, bars and shops and I would enjoy my evening walks up and down 2nd street. The owners Al and Colleen are wonderful and so helpful; they are a great source of knowledge and info on the Long Beach area. They checked in on me often but were not too intrusive which provided me with plenty of privacy. Their main concern was my comfort. The beautifully decorated apartment is just right for a couple or small family and has everything a person needs to make their stay comfortable. Thanks Al and Colleen for making this stay feel like my home. I plan to return with my family for spring break to enjoy many of the sights in and around Long Beach and you bet I will be staying at Pied-a-Terre. |

Thank you so much for a great visit. The sun perpetually shined, it was so different from Canada...we visited every attraction in the Los Angeles area and, at the end of the day, had "home" to come back to.
It seems like the apartment had everthing we needed, from coffee to towels. Great job on the interior decoration! We loved it - thanks for hosting us on our trip.
