| My fiancé and I had the pleasure of staying here and it was absolutely wonderful. He is in the military and was returning home and I surprised him with a little getaway at this wonderful townhome. He loved it. We relaxed, enjoyed the garden, built a fire, and painted. He was really surprised and he and I both want to visit the Sweetgrass House again. It was so comfortable and accommodating. The house is incredibly decorated and our favorite part was the wine corks (you will see that when you get there). The owner was a pleasure to work with in planning the surprise. She was extremely helpful. The funny thing is that we are from Charleston and currently live about 30minutes away, the Sweetgrass house made it feel as though we traveled far and escaped. It was perfect. |

| Our stay at Sweetgrass was only for a short two days as we explored the possible retirement town of Mt. Pleasant, but it was a peaceful and welcoming retreat. Lovely artwork, comfortable furnishings, luxurious linens, well-equipped kitchen, and a relaxing garden all make for an extremely pleasurable stay. I would highly recommend this romantic getaway to anyone, whether you stay a day or two or a week. |

| This is a great place to stay. Very accomodating. Friendly. Great rates.Super clean. Feels like a home away from home! I will definately stay here again if I get the chance to make another trip to Charleston. |

I recently had the pleasure of vacationing at the Sweet grass House. I was looking for a nice very relaxing place to spend my vacation with my girlfriend. After reading the previous guest comments we decided stay at Sweet grass. From the moment we walked in the door we knew everything about Sweet grass was better than we could have imagined. We started our days drinking coffee in the courtyard with the sounds of the fountain in the background, relaxing on the beach (Beach Chairs, towels, and everything you need is there) to grilling fresh fish in the courtyard in the evening or going to a restaurant recommended by the owner (The Tuna or Grouper at Coast with a mojito was our favorite).
The house itself was perfect, and we felt right at home. Any questions we could have had were answered in the house instruction manual. The owner has made everything stress free and perfect. From the Down feather pillows on the extremely comfortable bed to the bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. The owner even set it up the thermostat so that it gets cooler at night for a better sleep. There is amazing artwork on the walls a lot of which was painted by the owner.
We Loved everything about Sweet grass, and would recommend Sweet grass to anyone who is interested in staying in the Charlestown area. We can’t wait to return for out next vacation.

My wife and I just spent 12 days at Sweetgrass with our 2 children and we miss it already! The house is lovely and very comfortable. You can not miss it because it is the house with all the flowers. It is ideally located in Mount Pleasant, with easy access to everything.
Sara Edi, the owner, was very generous with ideas to help us make the most of our time in the area. I strongly recommend contacting her for renting her house. |

| My sister and I just returned from a wonderful stay at Sweetgrass House. We had a marvelous visit and loved the house. It is simply beautiful and is a vacation in itself...especially the garden. Even in the summer, it is lovely. We will be back. Do not miss this special place if you are going to the Charleston area. We felt welcomed by Sara, the owner--and having the house to come home to after a day of exploring, made our mini-vacation that much more relaxing. Sweetgrass House is a winner in our book. |

We recently spent the July 4th weekend at the Sweetgrass house. From the moment we walked in the front door we knew we had made a good decision. Everything about the home lends to relaxation. The courtyard out back became our favorite hangout for the
weekend. The residence is also geared to be a romantic getaway, so if you are
a couple looking for some quite time, this is the place for you. Lastly, Sara, the owner of the home, really looked out for us. We had numbers for the best steaks and seafood in the area along with what to do for night life. I would highly recommend this home for
anyone looking at a stay in the Charleston area. |

| I recently had the pleasure to stay at Sweetgrass and it exceeded my expectations. It is decorated very professionally (owner is a landscape architect)as though you would think it belongs in a magazine! It is extremely comfortable, so that you don't want to leave. Everything is there, and of all high quality, right down to the towels. You should not miss this opportunity, you will be back as I will be. |
