| We (6 of us) had a great time this townhouse is everything the owner says it is and more. You could not ask for a better deal and the owner is GREAT and we will be back next year. |

| I stayed at this townhouse from July 30th to August 5th with 6 friends who had come to town. Though we had originally chosen this location to be near the Del Mar racetrack, it was also closer to the beach and local restaurants than we had thought, which was great. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with, and the townhouse itself was spacious for our group. Overall a very positive experience contributing to a fun vacation. |

| We stayed with our 5 little boys and absolutely loved the place. It is beautiful, has everything you need and feels like home. It's the first place we have found that we would absolutely go back again! Owner is great too. |
