As we get set to depart;I wonder where the story began.Our divergent paths have crossed,collided,in seemless harmony within this quaint all American beach town. From humble roots we rejoice in our adulthood as we find ways to be young again.Our bodies don't show the rust during our beach football games.The aches and pains melt away at the fin of a Kingfish.And best of all the worries of being an adult simply set as we watch the sun fade away amongst the palms. For us it is not about the ewhere but the who.Kinship defines us but this wnderful place facilitates us; so thank you for that. so until next year....

It's hard to find a place for six(6) persons like us in front the ocean with a pool. But we found it. Thanks for your beautiful condo.It was the first time for the Simard family taking the airplane and live front of the ocean.During the week temperature was wonderful and mostly sunny.This trip marked our lives forever.

Thank you so much for the use of your awesome place!We are here on our honeymoon and had a great time.The location is perfect. We enjoyed our first thrre days on the beach!Our last 5 days we could barely go outside here thanks to the "red tide" but we traveled to Universal Studios,Seaworld,and St. Augustine and really enjoyed those places as well.We really felt comfortable her thanks to your homey atmosphere.We loved being able to walk to a bunch of different restaurants,our favorite was Slow&Lo.We spent many nights across the street at Rum Runners bar and met some really great people.The weather was beautiful every day which really made us not want to go back to Minnesota.Thanks so much again & we hope to come back again someday.

Thank you for a most enjoyable stay! We had such a nice time with the whole family down here& we will certainly be back next year.The rest of our family rented another ground floor unit,so this was certainly convenient for all of us.Our son lives in Cocoa.Fl& we love to come down to see him in sunny Florida! We had a fun day out on a boat,went to Seaworld,and enjoyed the pool very much yesterday,until the storm came in.We are leaving today & is still stormy so we are a bit dissapointed with the weather on our last day.Your home is beautiful&very well equipped. We do a lot of vacation condo rentalls & your condo is certainly very welcoming&really pretty. | We stayed here the last week of December, 2006. We had a wonderful time! The place is spotless, furnished with everything you need and the location couldn't be better. The pool was excellent and being able to walk a few yards to the beach was awesome! We would highly recommend this condo. |

We had a wonderful time at your condo!It is the perfect size for us.You had everything we needed and it was spotless.We loved being able to walk out the door and go back and forth from the pool and the beach.
We all had so much fun(including 3 teenagers)that we never went back to Orlando and the theme parks!We did go to Andretti speedway in Melbourne and we all had a blast.
Apparently it snowed at home yesterday and now none of us want to leave!Sunny,80's,by the pool,Paradise!!!

We came down for a family vacation as well as attend a 30 year class reunion. We were tired when we got there, and it was a welcome sight when we opened the door and saw how clean and cool the condo was. The cold beer in the refrigerator was a very nice touch and very much appreciated. We had plenty of room for everyone, the master bedroom was incredible, and we thouroughly enjoyed the sliding door outside access to the pool and beach. Thanks for the use of the boogie boards and beach furniture. Everything was so nice, and the next time we come down that way we will definitely be giving you a call. We had a wonderful time!!! My family of four came here for Spring Break 2005. It is such a well maintained condo and it is very large. The ocean is a 2 minute walk around a great pool. There are lots of beach toys and boogie boards in the garage.
There is a great Italian restaurant right across the street, Ana...something. Publix is a short car ride away, there is a Sonny's B-B-Que by the Publix. We were looking for a laid back place for some nice weather and Cocoa Beach fit the bill and the condo could not have been more perfect for us! |

Parting is such sweet sorrow! I could certainly get used to this wonderful place. A huge condo with all the comforts of home, beautiful weather and eating out almost every night.Paradise!
We had a great time.We were so suprised with the size of the condo- it is so big.It was so nice not to be on top of each other. Kate(7) loved the green room- she loved the idea of having a sofa in her room! Plus the tooth fairy paid her a visit this week.
Thanks so much for renting your slice of the sun.We had a ball. I hope we can come back next year!

We are in the middle of a ten day stay in the condo,and having a great time.Hurricane Charlie roared accross Florida on Friday night,so we rushed to Publix first for candles,flashlights, cookies,beer-you know,siege mentality stuff. We quickly put the patio furniture in the garage,returned the rentall car,stuffed towels under the patio doors,filled jugs with water,cleared out the walk in closet as refuge-rented a video and had a "hurricane party"with friends.
The hurricane hit Orlando but missed us-a bit of an anticlimax. The weather since then has been varied; sunny,cloudy,hot and wet,with one spectacular lightning storm.
On the day after Charlie we went to Disney; no crowds, no long lines,excellent!
P.S. Someone suggested a house vacation exchange. Good idea! we have a big house in the subarbs of London, a good base for seeing England.

You certainly undersold the place to us! You said it was nice and we would enjoy ourselves.It was perfect and we had the best time ever.Just ask our little girls.All the things you have or people have left in the past made for a big time.The games,the fishing poles,beach chairs and umbrellas,the kids toys-it made it feel as convenient as home.
The position of the condo in the complex was also perfect.The view was spectacular and easy access to the pool was a real plus,especially for those quick sprints back to the room when one of the girls looked at us with wide open eyes and said"potty!"
The condo complex looks older from the outside,but from yhe inside it could be the newest place on the beach.Thanks for your help getting comfortable with renting,I'll never call **** rentalls again.

Thank you for the rental! We were a family of 5 and 2 extras-- 7 of us! Very comfortable home, very pleaany place! Our first visit to Cocoa Beach. We usually go further south to West Palm. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pool! Enjoyed an airboat ride! We live a fast paced life in Ohio. Our kids are 17-19-21 so it was great to have them here with us for a whole week.

It's hard to believe 4 months have gone by. Boo hoo. Every day has been great. Even the stormy ones. (I love weather!) My reunion in Sarasota was great! My kids and families had great times. Even mom was good! She did not get sick or break anything as she has in the past. I bunked with her in the back bedroom so I would know if she got to wandering. All was well- I wish we could stay but you must be anxious to enjoy this place- pool and beach as we have. I hope you will keep in touch for next year please.

Since we spoke to you in August, in the year two thousand three we wondered about 35, and how happy we would be.
Well, we're here to tell you, we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into your home, and surveyed it with our eyes.
A triple set of mirrors, the ocean in full view, a carousal about the case-posters old and new.
We'll tell you it's a given, we love the ocean and the sand
But it was the inside of your condo, that made our whole stay grand.
We wandered through each room- enjoying what we saw, all color coordinated- as if there'd been some law.
We saw the cupboards held it all-towels, soaps, and even tissue- it did not become an issue.
The art work, especially, hanging from above- from a colorful mat with tassels, to "desiderata" which we loved.
We found it to be profound, and, oh so very true, and feel we live by that, each day that we go through.
We'd be remiss if we didn't thank you for what came out of C three eight. We enjoyed that too- helped with what we ate!
So, we are very happy you've invited us, to write in this book. The only thing lacking was Anne wished she'd had a cook.
We're leaving here much wiser, after reading from your shelves. The yearbook from '94- we "kinda" helped ourselves.
We have to say goodbye now- we'll be on our way, but we'd like to say thanks for a most enjoyable stay.

On New Year's Day 2004
Kathryn married Jay at the water's edge- they walked ou the sliding glass doors, down to the crashing surf. It was a perfect day! - 70's partly cloudy, a little breeze. This 3-bedroom home was just great for bride and groom and witnesses. It allowed us all to have an extremely relaxing and extra special time.

We just want to say thank you for allowing my parents to bring my children here. This is such a beautiful place. We had a wonderful time. My daughter Sara (4 yrs old) exclaimed "that is a big swimming pool!" when she saw the ocean. The boys and I loved the waves and boogie boarding and the kids had fun fishing with their grandpa. Thank you for the two weeks at your beach home. My kids and I truly enjoyed the convenient location. We spent days at the beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon. We left a few beach items hopefully you can use them. Now that we have rented several beach places, it was nice to be at a place where people take care of their property and it makes your stay so much more comfortable. Now we are off to Disney. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful beach condo. We all had a wonderful vacation here and being beach lovers had lots of fun. The location is great! We spent the days swimming, fishing, shell hunting, walking, and riding the waves, and the evenings just relaxing inside. Our 3 boys Andrew(24), Michael(22), and Brian (14) had a fantastic time. After a busy week doing the theme parks and another week watching Brian play in the AAU14 year old basketball nationals in Orlando, it was good to just relax on the beach. We also enjoyed the Space Center. Louise's brother works there and her mom lives bear by so we hope to visit again next summer.

We've greatly enjoyed our stay here this past week. It is indeed a superb beachfront location. I've been here with my son, his girlfriend, and another friend and all of us enjoyed your place imensely and treated it as home- with care and respect. There's really nothing missing here and we all had a superb Florica holiday.
I don't know if your interested in time-share type exchange, but we have a cottage on Lake Muskoka on The Canadian Shield, north of Toronto 2 hrs.
