| We stayed for a few weeks in May - it was perfect. One of the best locations in Boulder. The organic, Asian decor was great and the patio and bathroom was amazing. Try out the sound system too! Highly Recommended! |

| I stayed for close to 2 months. The location could not be more central and connected. The apartment is well equiped with the essentials and very much a home. I liked it so much I want to move to Boulder! |

We loved the apartment. The location was great,
we walked everywhere. The apartment was clean
and very well cared for, with great appointments. It
was so wonderful having a fully stocked kitchen,
washer and dryer. We immediately were able to live
there. The parking was perfect. Thanks for having
all the comforts of home available. |

We had a fantastic experience with this ideal
Boulder, CO rental property. The location is perfect
—right on Pearl Street, but in a very quiet section,
sufficiently removed from the hustle and bustle of
the "mall" area. The apartment is within walking
distance to virtually everything. If you have a car,
there is convenient parking in a garage right below
the property (included with the rental). The
apartment is very nicely appointed, beds are
extremely comfortable and the owner was kind
enough to leave soaps, facial and toilet tissues and
various food staples for us to use. We are a family
of four and the space was perfect for the adults and
two kids to have their own separate bed and
bathrooms—for less than you'd pay per night for a
room at nearby hotels. Eight thumbs-up (that's two
per family member)! We would and hope to rent the
property when we next visit family in Boulder. |

| Totally cool place to stay. The decor is very ZEN and modern. The beds are very comfortable. There is a beautiful patio and shopping is just downstairs. Excellent restaurants just steps away. Location, Location, Location...this is THE Location !!! |

| We stayed for four months. The apartment was lovely, and the location outstanding. We could walk to everything: downtown Boulder, the University, and our yoga class. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The views of the Flatirons make this a special place to live. |
