| This house is simply amazing with an incredible and unbeatable location. We had never visited the Florida Keys before, and were completely blown away. While the Keys are spectacular, this house made the vacation for us. Literally steps from the white sandy beach, with turquoise waters, and great snorkeling, sun and fun. Even better for us (as we have two kids) was the playground directly out front of the house. We used the pool a little which was impeccably clean and maintained while we were there. We kayaked in the canals right out back where the boat dock is. Ate incredible food, fresh fish at the Keys Fisheries, went to see turtles at the Turtle Hospital (5 mins. away), Dolphins at the Dolphin Research Centre (10 mins away), and enjoyed cooking at home with food from Publix (5 mins away). This is an amazing house, and I know you won't be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, we will definitely be returning. |

| I am completely spoiled after staying in this gorgeous home. It has everything. You will not find a better location in Marathon; the view is magnigicent--esp. from the Widow's Walk. All amenities are first class. The bed in the Master Suite is one of the best I have ever slept in, and then to wake up with the view! I hated to leave this home and I can't wait to come back. |

I have stayed at this Exceptional property many times, and really enjoy the property and it's location, steps to the beach, very convenient for our boat to dock in the back yard, seconds out to the ocean and minutes to the reef to dive and snorkel. We always love cruising Sister's Creek, our last trip, we saw (2) adult dolphins and a baby dolphin, which swam along side our boat, absolutely adorable, grabbed a "Green Chili Cheeseburger" at Burdines on the water, by boat. My family and I enjoyed our relaxing time together, just sitting around the pool until the wee hours of the morning, just catching up.
The awesome open water views of the turquoise waters is mesmerizing, I found myself curled up in the comfortable lounger, with my feet up, reading a good book overlooking the water for hours.
We loved spending the last (2) July 4th's at this property with all our friends, as the fireworks at Sombrero Beach are spectacular and directly right over the house...I've never been so close to fireworks....it's quite Amazing!
I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to just get away from everything, as it has lots of privacy or for families looking to make great memories. There's something for everyone to enjoy.
