We (2 people) rented this unit for February and March 2009. It is a new, spacious, comfortably appointed coach home. It easily accommodates 4 and can handle 2 additional guests for a short period. The coach home has all the necessities and several extras, e.g. 3 TVs, 2 bikes, golf clubs, basketball and baseball equipment. This is a 1st floor unit and there was virtually no noise from upstairs or adjacent units. The coach home area of River Hall is building out and has a good mix of permanent residents, snow bird owners and snow bird renters. People are friendly and accept renters. The community pool is a short walk down the street. The overall community has an excellent fitness/community center and a first rate golf course. Since River Hall is in the building stage, access to golf, fitness, etc is readily available and not crowded. The owners were easy to deal with and very accommodating. Grocery stores and a wonderful farm market are nearby.

Outstanding Golfer's Coach Home!!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful brand new roomy coach home. The terrific, well maintained golf course was right across from our front door and the club house was within walking distance! Additionally it was just a short distance to tennis courts and the lovely amenity center which is exquisitely furnished! The people in the development are very friendly and extremely helpful! We'd highly recommend it to all.
Great for peace and quiet but we thought we'd let you know it's right off Palm Beach Blvd(6 miles from I-75 exit) close to Fort Myers Beach and a short drive to Naples.
Recommended for: Girls Getaway, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Age 55+, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: We think the home and golf course are great for everyone looking for a great vacation also. You can choose to "get away from it all" or drive a few miles and be in the middle of shopping, restaurants, movies, downtown Fort Myers or even Fort Myers Beach! Glad you had a great time!
