| This was our first stay at Cozy Cottage and based on our very good experience it won't be our last. It was precisely as advertised. Immaculately clean & very well appointed. Everything you might need for a pleasant stay was on the premises. (There's even an excellent birding field guide in case you forget to bring yours!). Be prepared for the sound of quiet - the noise of the outside world doesn't reach Cozy Cottage. The owners are very thorough in providing guests with information on Big Canoe and its amenities as well as nearby communities & attractions. Cozy Cottage ranks at the top of several VRBO's we've used over the past several years. Keep up the good work, Dan!! |

My wife, three boys and I stayed at the Cozy Cottage over the Columbus Day weekend and had a blast. The cottage is EXACTLY as advertised; neat, clean and just the amount of space our family needed.
The location was perfect (Jeep Trail & Waterfalls close by) and one evening we saw deer come right up to the property.
The owner Dan was easy to deal with and a great person.
Next time we visit Big Canoe we're staying at the Cozy Cottage. |

| We stayed there over labor day weekend and it was great!!!! The weather was great and the cabin was amazing!! The only reason we left the cabin was to go explore the beautiful hiking trails. Would recommend to anyone. The cabin was so clean and well taken care of. |

| We loved our stay at the Cottage. The interior is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed lounging from the easy chair to porch to deck. The walking trail is just a short distance from the back door. The provided PC allowed us to keep up with email, etc. And we went home with a suit-case filled with clean clothes! No more motel rooms for us! We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage. |

| Our weekend at this beautiful home was just as advertised. Great screened porch and deck looking out on endless woods. Totally private, quiet and restful. House was super clean and had everything we needed. |

| We really enjoyed our weekend at this cozy mountain cottage. It is a great getaway for two or to share with friends. The fireplace is great for those cool fall weekends or the colder winter weather. Hiking is a great activity to enjoy the abundant nature. We would highly recommend it! |

| This is such a great vacation home. I've never stayed in a vacation/timeshare that was so homey. It's a perfect getaway cottage for a nice, quiet, romantic weekend. We spent a lot of a our time on the back porch relaxing and waiting for wildlife to show up (and some adventually did). We hope to make it back to see the leaves change in October. |
