| What a wonderful place to stay. The location is ideal for the quiet and the easy access to the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely clean. Had all the amenities to make for a great getaway. Kathy was a pleasure to work with and took all of the stress out of the rental process. We will definitely plan to go back. |

| We enjoyed our stay. The villa was even better than expected. The rooms were very spacious. The property was extremely clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Kathleen was so easy to work with. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this villa. |

| My daughter and her children loved staying at your condo - everything was very position. You were very kind of accommodate my family at the last minute and I very much appreciate it. We thing that Palmetto Dunes is the best place to stay at Hilton Head. |

| We stayed here Christmas of '07 and enjoyed the villa very much. It was very comfortable and cozy. We didn't have any problems while we were there. The villa is located in a great spot of Palmetto Dunes. Everything is close by. Thanks Kathy for making our '07 winter golf trip a big success. |

| Great condo. Very nicly decorated and so peaceful out on the deck watching the canal float by. Very well equipped for cooking in! Great pool very close. We really had a very nice time. |

| This was a fabulous place to stay! Working with Kathy was a pleasure, and our time in the villa was wonderful. You are a five minute walk or a two minute bike ride from the beach, and the bike trails are tremendous. If you have not rented bikes or taking them with you, then you need to do that. We recommend this property without any reservation. You are going to have a great time! |
