What a beautiful villa! Casa Dos Palmos was everything we expected....plus! Very authentic, quaint, and there wasn't a thing that that we needed, that wasn't there. Baldo.............a true gentleman! He and His sister Litty, cooked us an absolutely fantastic dinner. The Chicken Mole was very good. I have never had authentic Mexican food, so for me this was a big thing! I definitely recommend anyone staying at the villa to have a meal cooked by Baldo, and Litty. Once again Charlene, and Gary.....you own a small piece of what I call "Heaven on Earth." Thank you again for your hospitality!!!
Peace.....Diane and Dale Woytiuk |

| My fiance and I were looking for tranquil relaxation this August and were thrilled to get that and more at Casa dos Palmas. The days were lovely, relaxing under our palapas on an empty beach with just a few neighbors nearby; floating in the quiet bay's soft waves and then jumping into the pool for a refreshing swim. The house was clean and comfortable with beautiful decor. We had everything we needed for the few rainy summer nights that rolled in briefly; satellite tv, dvd player with a great dvd selection, wireless internet and board games for entertainment. The staff that assisted us throughout our stay was friendly and helpful. We are particularly happy with the property manager Baldo who catered to our every whim and made us smile every day. Charlene & Gary were attentive and informative leading up to our visit which made everything move smoothly once we got there. After our wonderful week long stay at Casa dos Palmas, we know we'll be back next year! |

| It's been almost three months since our week-long stay at Casa Caballito. My family and I often enjoy talking about our visit to the town of Bucerias. The local residents are warm, friendly, and generous with their hellos. We loved walking down the beach to dine at the excellent restaurants where the staff couldn't do enough to make our visit a pleasant experience. My daughters keep asking when we're going back. I would love to go again. I think about our dream vacation to Casa Caballito often, and when I do, I smile. |

| We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Caballito, the house is very charming, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities, the staff was very kind and took very good care of us. Our vacation included swimming in the warm and calm ocean twenty feet away from us, taking long walks on the beach in the afternoons, having dinner in the patio watching the sunset, having cocktails at the house’s own palapa, swimming in the pool under the stars at midnight, and yes, my husband was happy that he could watch US baseball and check his email too! This was a very special vacation that we will never forget… |

We rented this property 6/20-6/27/07 It was great! There were 6 of us: my husband and I, three of my kids (one is a baby) and grandma. The house is small, but it wasn't a problem, since we had our private beach and pool! I wrote an essay about our adventure, but only the beginning will fit :( When I was looking for Mexico vacation first thing I found – a lot of all inclusive clubs. I've been in such place, most recently: in Spain last summer. That’s what I felt - too many people around, I can't relax near the pool (or any other place for that matter), when there is another person in 15" from the right and 15" from the left. Maybe we had spent too much time in cubicles? Or maybe not enough time to get so used to them that we would love to spend our vacation in one of them too. The place we rent and surrounding area is great. Very private, quiet and has everything we want. This big hotel in Nuevo Vallarta maybe looks prettier, but we are just too private for all this fun in all inclusive clubs ? This is most private beach house you can get... in a warm climate... I can say for myself: I didn't have more private vacation in years! Even when we took Na Pali Coast backpack trip in Kauai there were people on the trail and sometimes near our tent were other tents... Sinkyone Lost Coast trail backpack trip was great too... You see - you need to go to really wild, hard to reach spot to get that kind of privacy! But it might be just our luck – now it’s off season here. First evening we didn't go out, thanks to the owner, we had something in the fridge to sustain ourselves until next day for sure.

We were looking for a second honeymoon and we found it here! Casa Caballita was a perfect get away. Located at the N. end of Bucerias away from the hustle and bustle yet walking distance to the action when you want it. The accommodations were so beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be back! |

| This Villa has a gorgeous setting right next to the ocean The sound of the waves at night lull you to a endless relaxing sleep. The villa is roomy and beautiful. It is kept spotless during the week. We stayed for three weeks and would have stayed longer if it was not booked. Bucerias is fabulous . We have travelled to many places in the world and live in one of the very best restuarant cities in Canada. And to our surprises the restuarants here rose to the top. You can have elegant dining the best of Rack of Lamb or would you believe the best of pizza or ribs and of course lobster dishes. We are coming back in 2008 for at least 3 weeks. Thank you Jerry and Claudette you did not miss a beat to keep us satisfied. ****** in our memoirs. |

| This property is beautiful! The house is even better than the pictures and the pool and beach are wonderful. We spent our mornings on the patio, drinking coffee and watching the oyster divers... afternoons in the sun... and evenings having lazy dinners in one of the wonderful little restaurants up the beach. It was truly a dream vacation for us. We will be back next year! |

We had the most relaxing week we've had in years! Our teenage boys enjoyed the pool and the beach -- going up to Sayulita to surf, fishing right in front of the house (and actually catching some fish!). The sunsets are glorious.
The staff at Casa Caballito is the most courteous and friendly -- Feliciana, the maid, is efficient and has the sweetest smile. Francisco, the pool attendant and gardener, is the friendliest and most hardworking person. Even Jose, the AC technician, was so helpful and affable.
Nearby restaurants are awesome -- we recommend Dugarel's (ask for Ruben) for great seafood and guacamole, as well as for a wonderful show of the "flambee coffee".
We will certainly be back and recommend Casa Caballito to all our friends.
Best vacation ever!!!

We had a wonderful week with two other family members. The home has everything you need. The beach is very isolated and has great swimming. Watching the oyster divers and local fisherman in the bay added to the serenity of the beautiful bay.
We bought muffins from the muffin lady who passes by every morning around 11:00. Other than that, we saw no other vendors - a refreshing change from every other place we've been to in Mexico. Dugarels & Marks restaurants were wonderful. For those of you that like to occasionally cook, we made a trip to the Super WalMart in PV - they have everything - seafood, produce, liquor, meat. The shrimp we bought there twice were like baby lobsters and to-die-for! Take a trip to San Francisco - great waves and soft clean sand. Suyalita was much busier - lots of fishing boats on shore, surfers, and people.
All in all a fantastic week in a fantastic home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! |

My family of 3 spent 10 days at Casa Caballito including Christmas and New Years and we wouldn't have chosen to be anywhere else. The house is lovely, the tile work around the house and the patio and pool area is beautiful, the beach is empty save for a few neighbors, the staff is competent and friendly, and the location ideal; right on the beach so the sound of the waves lull you throughout the night. Its close enough to walk to town and far enough away from the hubbub and clutch of hotels. From the beach there didn't appear to be many houses that were as well situated. If you want a house on the water I bet you cant do better. |

| We just returned from our week long stay at Casa Caballito, and we all agree that it was the best, most relaxing vacation ever. Casa Caballito was much more than we expected, and the town of Bucerias was simply charming. We enjoyed ourselves so much relaxing by the pool, going for a swim in the bay, chatting with the neighbors, and walking into town to enjoy one of the many excellent restaurants (Mark's, Roots, Tapas del Mundo, The Bar Above, Sandrinas, Famar, and WeBe Sausage, to name a few!). We only made it into Puerto Vallarta once!! Thanks for a terrific vacation - we'll definitely be back soon! |

| Our visit over the Christmas holidays at Casa Caballito was fabulous. We had a very relaxing time. We did a lot of touring with our car from Gecko Rentals and mingled with the local people in other towns and villages. It was always such a joy each day to return to our casa on the beach and the sounds of the bay and birds in the background. We enjoyed the bright colors of the casa decor and thoroughly made ourselves at home in paradise. Thank you! |

Thanks Jerry and Claudette for allowing us to use your beautiful Casa Caballito. It was just the perfect get away for us. Everything was first class - from the pickup at the airport by VIP, through Denis and Adam at Gecko, to the staff at the house - Kip, Feliciana, Francisco, Dru, Doug. The house is so beautiful - it's like living in a piece of art! We spent our time on the beach (we could walk a mile or two in either direction and encounter only 6 - 8 people) or on the patio. (The pool was wonderful)We were so taken with the property and the gentle people of Bucerias that we nearly forgot to visit Puerta Vallarta! We hated to leave - felt like Adam and Eve leaving Paradise. We hope to return to Casa Caballito - often! |

Jerry & Claudia. We really had a wonderful vacation and we were so glad to be at your beautiful casa and in Bucerias.
We did a lot of nothing and many other things. We felt like we were so very well taken care by all of your Bucerias Team from Dru & David to Gecko and Rosa, Francisco and Pablo who trimmed the coco tree Sat am.
It was really wonderful treat for us to be together and enjoy Mexico. We really loved the lizards especially the ones living next door.
The beach was perfect for our family of young children. Warm water, gentle waves, white sand. The pool was always ready for us. We didn't want to leave and will count the days until we can return again!!
Thank you again so very much. Tracie

| To any of you who are looking at Casa Caballito but have not booked it...my advice is to BOOK IT! I just returned from Bucerias and my stay at Casa Caballito was spectacular. There was so much to enjoy about the casa and so much to do in Bucerias, La Cruz and Punta de Mita that we never even ventured into PV except to the airport. If you have already booked the casa, I envy you. It's beautiful and has every amenity imaginable, even more than what's on the website. Thanks to Jerry and Claudette and their management team in Bucerias, our stay there will always be one of those pleasant memories that you can sit for hours and daydream about. You'll love it! |

We had a fantastic time at Casa Caballito. The villa itself is wonderful, the pool and the beach were great. This was our 4th trip to the Puerto Vallarta area, the previous 3 times we had stayed at hotels in PV itself. From now on it is Casa Caballito for us! We fell in love with the more relaxed feeling of Bucerias.
Thanks again to Jerry & Claudette for our best vacation ever! |

| Casa Caballito is truly a paradise retreat. We had originally planned activities for every day, but the relaxing pool, warm water, and pristine beach quickly made us reconsider. Bucerias and the people are wonderful, and the villa has every possible amenity / resource you could possibly need. We have to say that Jerry and Claudette have taken everything into consideration to ensure their guests are comfortable and content. If you have the chance to book Casa Caballito, do it. It will be one of your most memorable and enjoyable vacations. |

| Casa Caballito was the centerpiece of a truly wonderful vacation. To anyone who has qualms about booking this home off the internet, do not worry at all. This home has everything it promises and more. The best part for us, was that we were there Semana Sante, the busiest travel week of the year for Mexicans, and STILL, the beach was pristine and uncrowded. Loved it!! |

We really enjoyed our vacation and time in Casa Caballito. It was an ideal setting for a family (with 2 small kids) - the pool and the beach were perfect for enjoying the wonderful weather. Everything was as expected: clean, well-stocked, convenient. Feliciana and Jorge were great - the house and yard/pool were always clean. We would highly reccomend visiting PV & Bucerias and staying at Casa Caballito. |

Casa Caballito was absolutely fabulous! We lived in the water--Bay in the morning and pool in the afternoon. The Casa is beautiful inside and out. The staff was always responsive and helpful. Did a canopy tour and our son swam with the dolphins. We spent alot of time enjoying "our" beautiful home and pool.
We planned for this vacation well in advance with our 12 year old, and everything about the Casa and the area met or exceeded our expectations. Jerry was extremely helpful prior to our even leaving Kansas. I believe he truly wants his guests to have a positive experience, both at the Casa and the village of Bucerias. We'll certainly return the first chance we get and have told all of our friends about the wonderful service and accomodations. Way to go Jerry and Claudette! You have an amazing place.

| Casa Caballito was everything that we had hoped for. We spent 5 days enjoying the beautiful home, the pool, and beach. We also did a lot of the suggested excusions, which were fun. However, I wish we would have spent more time just relaxing at the house. It seemed we were always on the go. We would love to return and do just that. It was truly paradise! |

We have never before rented a home via the internet, this one looked too good to be true, but we took the chance. Although I felt more comfortable with it after speaking to Jerry on the phone, we were pleasantly surprised that it was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and equiped with everything we needed to live for a week. We spent most of our time while at home around the pool which is shaded most of the day. This was cheaper than a nice hotel, with five times the room and freedom.
You will need a rental car and Gecko was great. This was the first time for me to drive in Mexico. Although I was a little apprehensive, we had no problems and became comfortable with it the first day. You have the small town life in Buccerias just minutes away, but if you want the big city night life, PV is only about 25 minutes away. All in all, a relaxing, great trip with a break from the usual hotel, taxi, tourist city type vacation. |

We are back to reality in Arizona. We had a spectacular time at Casa Caballito. Everything went well. The house had every amenity. It was immaculate and well decorated. Actually, it was better than your promo photos. So picturesque with the diving Pelicans in the morning just off our pristine beach. Your information book at the Casa was a wealth of important information. The entire staff was courteous, friendly and professional. Your attention to detail was right on. Tell your guests to just add food and they will be complete there (clothing is important too). The Kayak was a highlight of our trip. See you soon at your wonderful Casa Caballito in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Caballito. It was exactly as represented by photos and information from Jerry, the owner. He was very professional about all paperwork, questions we had, and giving us tourist ideas about the area. We spent part of our time in Old Town Puerto Vallarta, and part in Bucerias, and everyone in our family would love to return to Casa Caballito, rather than P.V. to stay. The uncrowded beach was beautiful, we saw ocean wildlife fro the kayaks such as sea turtles, manta rays, and many birds. The relaxation factor hanging around the pool and enjoying the view was just wonderful! We used Gecko car rental in Bucerias, and it was very nice and easy. It was even better than we had hoped...Often,the pictures on a website exaggerate the beauty of a place. But not in this case!
Your home was charming, clean and well appointed...The location was perfect...It was secluded and private, yet an easy walk into town. The beach was as you described, uncrowded and perfect for walking and swimming. Even in February, the ocean was a nice swimming temperature, and waves were few and far between. We loved strolling around, shopping and exploring.
I travel a lot and know a great place when I find one....We'll definitely be back! |
