Our fall weekend in the cabin was great. It was a lovely home, had everything we needed and plenty of room. We hiked from the cabin along the Coppermine Trail to the waterfall and biked at Cannon Mountain. Also, it was nice to just relax on the deck and view Cannon in the distance. This time it was only the two of us. Next year we are hoping to return with the rest of our family. Thanks for sharing your home with us. |

We had an excellent stay here in Franconia and the cabin was great. It was a comfortable, clean stay for my family of 5. Don't miss The Franconia Inn for horseback riding, Poly's Pancakes and some trout fishing in the Gale river. |

We stayed for our honeymoon. The cabin is beautiful! Calm and peaceful, with only the birds to listen to at night. The Cabin is home away from home with all the amenities one could ask for. Franconia is the perfect spot for sightseeing. The town is quaint with enough restaurants and stores to make the stay easy. Franconia Notch is just a short distance away and is a must see. Take the Tram & Notch tour, it is well worth it!! All in all, this cabin has become such a special place for us now. We will come back often!! |

| Our situation was a bit different than most folks vacationing. We are timber framers and had a nearby job, found the mountain home online and contacted the owners. They were very easy to deal with and the house was perfect for a crew of 5 or 6. Plenty of space to spread out to get away from each other if anyone needed privacy, the kitchen and dining were appropriate, the open deck was great and covered porch nice when we had rain. We stayed there for a month without any problems other than the fickle weather at the time. If you're looking for a 5-star joint, don't come here. But if you are looking for a neat and modest place,we highly recommend this house and should the occasion arise we would definitely stay again. |

We just stayed in your mountain house in Franconia and I would like to say that it is a lovely place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The vacation house is new, clean, surprisingly large, and the location in Franconia is great. It is very private and yet offers easy access to areas such as Lincoln or Littleton. In addition, I felt that the property owner , who I corresponded with via both email and telephone, was very professional and courteous to deal with. All in all I would highly recommend staying here and I anticipate returning every year.

I recently stayed at the Mountainside Log Home, in early spring just as the trees were popping out with their new, lime green leaves and the triliums were blooming in the woods. It was a wonderful experience. The home is nestled in the woods in a sunfilled spot with a lawn and flowers and with tree sheltered views to the mountains beyond. It is wonderfully cozy for a romantic get-away, but roomy and perfect for a family too. It was clean and bright inside, felt like being at home, with a well stocked kitchen, definitely first class. I highly recommend it! |

| What a fantastic spot! This house is so well cared for, so easy to live in for a week or so, and generally a very relaxing spot. The location is great, no other homes can be seen from the cabin, the privacy is wonderful, and yet you are close to Littleton, Franconia, and all the hiking (or skiing) you could ask for. We had a great time and hope to return in the future. |

What a GREAT place! Cannon mountain had great skiing and a wonderful Ski School. The house is an easy drive to the mountain and to the grocery store. The house is clean and really well set up for the 4 adults and 4 children in our party. It was far better than any hotel room and less costly as well. |

| We enjoyed a perfect weekend. The log cabin has more amenities than we have in our own home. It is clean & cozy. We enjoyed a great pictionary game & completed a 1000 piece puzzle. We would have loved to have a nice fire but with 70 degree weather, it would have been pushing things a bit. Our highlight was the hike which was walking distance from the cabin: Coppermine/bridal trail. A spectacular waterfall from the top. I would recommend this place to all. |

Our family loved this cozy log cabin. Everything was clean, and there were lots of amenities. We were able to have the kids in the playroom/bedroom downstairs playing with the provided toys, while we relaxed upstairs in peace and quiet - bliss. The porch and woods were nice, and everyone was thrilled to see a black bear and her cubs one evening. Definitely would recommend this house! |

| This is a well maintained home, immaculately clean with an open, spacious kitchen/dining/living area to enjoy each other's company. Three private bedrooms and baths also allow guests their privacy. The porch was a great place to enjoy a book or have drinks and conversation. We felt like we were away from it all, yet conveniences are just minutes away and easy to locate with the help of the owner's guide. Our stay in this mountain home was peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable! |
