| Friends and I spent a long weekend here scrapbooking. We had such a Fabulous time. The owners have definitely done a fantastic job decoration the home. I particularly love the idea of the bathroom 's deco which is a beach setting; makes you feel like you are at the beach in the mountains. Look out for the deer family which is "almost " tamed. With ample space in every room, everyone can still have their "privacy". You will be very satisfied. I have been there twice and will go again. |

| We had a really wonderful time at this house with our two young children and friends. The house is huge and beautiful. There is everything there to make it a comfortable stay for everyone. We enjoyed lots of outside activities and on the last day we had a family of deer hanging out right outside the house. We would love to go back! |

Stacey and Rodney have created a lovely, colorful,
warm vacation home full of amazing original
artwork, and have paid attention to every possible
detail. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend getaway
with friends - loved the waterpark and hiking in the
mountains - and definitely plan to return for more!
Their home was perfect for the kids - tons of fun
things to do inside and out - which let us parents
relax just a bit. |

| The house was beautiful...even better than we expected! The house was tastefully decorated and very up to date...and the kitchen was great! It was also wonderful having all the kids toys both inside and out. With two couples and a total of five babies/toddlers, finding a house that was so "kid friendly" was great! The location is perfect too...and the kids loved all the deer! The owners are very accomodating and helpful...I would HIGHLY reccomend this rental! |

| We had 2 other families staying with us over the weekend. My guests were raving about the beautiful house. It was not only spacious but very well kept and clean. Very open large kitchen. Loved the wide screen TV. Very homey...we will definetly return next year. Thanks Stacey and Rodney! |

What a fabulous vacation we had in the Poconos! After a long drive from IN with 2 small children, we didn't know what to expect. The house was huge!!! They had plenty of toys to play with!!! The driveway and backyard were perfect for all the kids to spend time outside. We shared this house with 6 adults and 5 children... and there was room to spare. Thanks for the memories!

| My son and I stayed for several days over the summer and I was amazed that a home so spacious and meticulously kept could feel so cozy and comfortable. We found all the amenities of home, plus more. I had to be dragged away kicking and screaming when my time was up! Highly recommended. |

| Fantastic house - very open design, great breakfast bar area, comfortable rooms, and entertainment facilities. Great location - minutes from Camelback and outlet shopping. Stacey was very nice and accomodating. The owner's have gone out of their way to make their guest's feel comfortable and at home. Highly recommend this house. |

5 friends who have not seen each other in months and their
toddlers were all looking for a nice home in which to host their mommie group reunion. This home more than met our expectations. It is beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable and chocked full of amenities, toys and activities that could keep even the hardiest couch potato happy. The owners are a great couple and fantastic family who were very accommodating and helpful. Our mommie group looks forward to returning here and to bringing our own families with us.

| The house is beautiful! The big screen TV was perfect for the holiday football games. Plenty of room for everybody. We do a ski holiday every new years and by far this was the best place we've been up and down the northeast. Thanks for everything! |

| Our family has spent Thanksgiving in the Poconos, along with close friends, for the past 12 years. This was by far the best house we have rented so far. The decor was beautiful, the surroundings serene and the hosts were extremely gracious, thinking of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental, but please don't book for Thanksgiving as we intend on returning. Thank you to Stacey and Rodney! |

| In looking through many listings, this house was definitely the most modern, well-appointed and reasonable one I came across. To top it off, the owners were incredibly accommodating and thorough. They really thought of everything. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. I would recommend this house without hesitation. |

| With only a few days till our 2 teens and mom (teacher) headed back to school, our family decided to get in some last minute relaxation and head to the Poconos. The owners of this gorgeous home were so kind and accommodating, with the last minute booking, payment, and emailed contract signing going off w/o a hitch! As everyone has said, the home is very clean, well planned, and so elegant. We loved watching the deer come right up to the deck morning, afternoon, and evening. My daughter was delighted to see the 3-legged deer, (we have a 3-legged cat), so she named the deer Maggie. We toured the candy and pretzel factories, hiked behind Holly Ross Pottery, and found some beautiful (free) falls right past Dingman’s Ferry, which is closed till next spring. All in all a terrific weekend. I’d highly recommend (and already have to family) staying in this home. |

Although you described it accurately in your internet posting, it still really exceeded our expectations--extremely clean, very modern, well furnished and nicely kept, wonderfully convenient, and quite attractive; you obviously put a lot of thought into it. Thanks for your hospitality with respect to suggested restaurants and places to go, and all of the small things that made it a very nice stay. This was our first time in the Poconos, and we had such a nice time we want to go more often. We would be delighted to stay in your home again.

| We (parent, child and friends) spent a wonderful weekend at this beautiful house. The home itself is wonderfully designed: high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, great color sense in terms of the how the rooms are painted, and a really great layout. Everything is modern, spacious, tasteful and well-considered in terms of ease of use and sheer beauty. The kitchen is mind-blowing, especially if you like to cook. The range is one of the best I've seen, and the open layout allows cook and guests to intermingle. You can also eat outside on the big patio, which has one of the nicest sets of outdoor furniture I've seen -- big wooden table with a large, elegant cloth umbrella. Wandering outside with my son in a little red wagon, we stopped at a brook and explored the flora and fauna. In one half hour we saw a doe, a baby deer, a rabbit, a chipmunk, assorted dragonflies and a large cricket, which for my son was the best part of the trip. There is also a lovely pond nearby. We took a trip to the Kutztown fair, one hour away, which was a lot of fun -- there were other places I would have liked to visit that were fairly close by as well. All in all, a relaxing, fun weekend that we would like to repeat soon! |
