| dear martin and maureen , the photos of yertiz do not do justice to this lovely property.We rented the house for the month of august 4 adults and 3 children the eldest wheelchair dependent.The house ticked all our needs for jack the space to manover, the deep bath , the pool .The location is perect a 15 min drive to disney which exhausted us so by the last 10 days we just enjoyed resting at the house which is what you can do best. we would hightly recommend your property because of the ease of booking on line , the directions the whole experience was pleasant and what we needed.thank you |

Our family of 8 spent 2 weeks at this lovely home. The pictures to advertise this property are accurate. The home is nicely decorated, was clean and inviting for our arrival and is well furnished for the needs of 8 people or more. We found it to be in a convenient location for easy access to Disney attractions,grocery stores and other amenities. The pool was well looked after and was a hit for the children. We would and have recommended the home to friends who are planning a family Disney vacation. Martin and Maureen are quick to respond and anxious to please. If we were to return to the Orlando area we would not hesitate to stay at this home again.

You guys sent the BEST reply I have ever seen for rental information!!! I just found out that a few more people are wanting to join us. It will be 15 adults, total. We are one big happy family of non-drinkers and non-smokers. We will be very respectful of your property and very neat and clean!! Please let me know if you have any 7 or 8 bedroom properties available on these dates: June 11, 2009 thru' June 14, 2009.

Hello Maureen and Martin,
Thank you so much for the use and enjoyment of your home. We were so relaxed in our evenings from the convention center. It is a delightful home, and everything was up to snuff - soap, hangers, extra pillows. We will definitely be signing up again next year. Again, thanks for the great stay!
As we have freight people packing up our booth, they packed the small rug that we were going to leave, we left the place in the condition we would want someone to leave ours, even vacumed. We also have cream carpeting in our home and a $15.00 runner at ea. entry area has saved us a lot. Again, thanks for the positive experience! See you next year - if not sooner.

| Wow, what a summer! Our stay was wonderful...We loved the neighborhood & it was safe. The house was wonderfully decorated and the layout of the house made it feel big! This was our first time renting a vacation home and we loved the experience! We where close to Disney, Sea World, and many other attractions. I can't wait till we can come again. | Martin and Maureen, Just a note to advise you that we really enjoyed our stay for the Month or March/07. The home was everything we hoped for. A great Neighborhood, very convienent location. The set up was ideal for our Kids and Grand Kids. They were quite willing to leave Disney and Sea World and come back to the home to enjoy the pool. Your ads were very accurate. | Thank you so much Martin and Sarah for sharing your beautiful home with us. From the moment we drove through the gates we knew this was going to be a wonderful month. The community is charming and the house – well the house was better than we imagined. The décor was lovely, comfortable and very warm. It was furnished with everything we needed right down to the electric can opener. The only thing we asked for was broadband internet to be installed – and wa-lah! It was in within a day or two and life was complete! Keith and Wendy were great as well – knowing they were there if we needed anything was comforting. The only disappointing part of the visit – was the fact we had to eventually leave! Thank you again for a lovely home and taking such good care of us. |

WOW!!! What a beautiful home. We had a great time on our Thanksgiving vacation. Our boys loved the pool and "Mom & Dad" love the spa. We were so close to Disney but had none of the business of the area. The Yertiz villa was in such a great location. Very quiet. Keith was very helpful with suggesting great places to eat away from all the hustle and bustle. We will definetly visit again!! Thanks again Martin & Sarah.

I just want to say thank you for a worry free vacation. The house was just beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The location was great...it is so close to everything. The pool was great and it was so nice to relax in the hot tub after walking the parks all day. We had a wonderful time and hope to return for another fantastic stay.

| I just wanted to say what a wonderful time we had at this villa. It was everything that was said and then some. We were happily surprised and it really is a quiet area. The kids loved the pool. This was by far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. |

Dear Martin and Sarah.
Following a visit to your house this morning, we must say that the pictures on the internet do not do it justice!
The one thing that we realy liked was the ceiling fans in all the rooms, and the remote garage opener. We found that the Seperate heater for the pool and the Jacuzzi Spa an ideal feature, as we would not necessarily wish to use both at the same time.
we look forward to hearing from you and are already looking forward to our 4 month winter stay in your home next year.
