We just returned from a wonderful family vacation to Indian Rocks Beach. We could not have rented a better condo! The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Everything we could have needed is there: coffee grinder, coolers, beach toys, cooking spices, etc.
The view of the beach was beautiful and the short walk to the beach was convenient. We didn't have to worry about the kids crossing the street. We did get our exercise walking the stairs but this is a good thing.
Also, we appreciated the great communication with Steve. He was very helpful with questions we had about the area.

| We were in this lovely condo for 3 weeks in March 08'. Had a wonderful time. This condo had all a person could want plus the beautiful view of the gulf. We hope to come back in 09'. |

| We have been renting condos in Florida for the past 10 years and this condo was one of the BEST!Being in our early 60's we did have some issues with the steps, but we managed. Thanks for a beautiful unit, if only the weather had been better(Feb-2007) |

Three wonderful weeks went by too quickly. The condo felt like a home
away from home. We enjoyed many day trips to surrounding towns and a
few great days at Disney! The beach was lovely to walk in the mornings
and at sunset just watching our boys build sandcastles and jump in the
ocean waves was so enjoyable for us. The children enjoyed the candy
shop across the street. The homemade ice cream was always an evening
treat. The tv in the bedroom was a real decadence for the kids too.

A great time was enjoyed by all. We had different family members join us
for a time and they all enjoyed the beach or pool, and thought we were
so lucky to find such a spot. The location is so convenient to so many
interesting spots. We enjoyed watching the birds and dolphins from the

| We were recent visitors to this condo for 2 weeks over the holidays. We enjoyed our stay there immensely and loved the fresh, new touches to make it home like. The view was wonderful from both the balcony and the family room. Nothing like waking up to a gulf view with the beach stretched out in front of you. The condo was over generous in size and slept 6 people easily if you use the big couches. All extras were included, even down to coffee in the cabinet!! The area is close to many, many restaurants/coffee shops, etc, and we didn't have to drive anywhere to eat out if we didn't want to. The pool is not as large as some condo pools, but with the beach right behind you, who cares?? Also, another plus was having beach access parking right next to the condo. Visitors could park their cars there all day long, but no over night parking allowed. Stairs can be a problem for elderly or handicapped and since their outside, you might get wet in the rain, but with Florida's great weather, that's not likely to happen!! The owner's take pride in the upkeep of this place and we would highly recommend it to everyone. Plus the cost is very reasonable compared to other condos in this area. We'll gladly rent it again.
