| We had a fantastic time at this condo. The use of the boat really made it special; great to also have the fishing gear. Pool and hot tub clean and neighbours in other condos very friendly-nice atmosphere. Would recommend it as a very comfortable place to stay. |

| What a wonderful, relaxing place to spend a vacation, celebrate Lee's 50th birthday and meet up with our great friends from England!. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need, the pontoon is an added bonus and we had a great boat trip to the Tarpon Turtle bar and restaurant which is worth a visit. We felt really welcome here and would love to come back and stay again. Very well recommended. Thank you Paul and Karen for letting us stay in this beautiful part of paradise! |

| This complex exceeded all expectations and was absolutely stunning. Beautiful, clean and well appointed, we had a fantastic vacation. The inclusion of the boat was the icing on the cake and the owners could not have been more helpful. I will definately return. |

| We really enjoyed staying in this very comfortable and clean condo. It was conveniently located to the activities we wanted. Paul was very, very helpful with some questions I had. Should our travels take us again to the Palm Harbor/Clearwater area we will certainly consider staying there again. |

| Our time spent in your condominium was extremely pleasant. We felt very much at home, except for the wonderful weather :)! The location was perfect. Close to all of the places we enjoy visiting. Very clean rental unit and surrounding property with everything you need... Lake is very nice, and we enjoyed having the pontoon.We would definitely stay with you again! |

Lake Tarpon villas was also a well kept complex, the pool & hot tub were spotless at all times! We enjoyed it so much we want to look for a place here to buy! want to sell;-) Thanks again

What a wonderful vacation we had!Our month in your wonderful condo was a pleasure. Your condo was so very comfy and attractive and all the extra's were greatly appreciated, the coffee & cookies to get us started, toiletries and the fresh flowers were a real treat.
