We searched the internet for at least a month trying to find the best place for our 1st family vacation to the beach. Our requirements were affordable, kiddie pool, indoor/outdoor pool, balcony with ocean view and roomy. All we can say is perfect, perfect, perfect! Our family vacationed in Orange Beach the last week of May. The condo was so beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean! We were very impressed. Loved staying on the 4th floor, not to high or too low. Plenty of room for our 2 year old to run around, although we did have to relocate the shells (LOL). The pool and beach were great. We would recommend this condo to anyone, actually we already have! Thanks for a wonderful family memory.

| My husband and two daughters have just booked this condo for this summer. It will be our third year in a row. We love it. Beautiful view, everything we could need is furnished. Karen is always so nice to work with. We have never been disappointed. Thanks for letting us use your condo as ours once a year. |

| Great view, LARGE balcony, very clean, beautifully decorated, kid friendly, this has it all and you'll love it. The pictures on VRBO website do not do it justice---it's better and bigger and closer to the beach and ground than it looks. |

Wonderful condo!!! I never feel comfortable in condos or hotels - always thinking about how dirty they can be. This condo is the exception to all the rules. It was clean, upkept and wonderful. My family loved it. The keyless pad is a great feature. We loved the balcony. The amenities are endless - it was a wonderful vacation.

| My sister and I had a wonderful time! If I had been trying to find the perfect place to stay...it would have been your unit. We loved the view from the balcony! Everything was so clean and comfortable. Cannot wait to return in the Fall. Yours is our new "home away from home". |

Your condo was wonderful! The decorating was very tastefully, cheerfully done. It was clean and fresh. We had plenty of space and stayed for an entire month.
We never felt crowded. The view was great, and the sun shown every day except 3. I would love to stay there any time. |

WE STAYED IN YOUR BEAUTIFUL CONDO THE FIRST OF MAY IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL.IT WAS ONE OF THE NICEST PLACES I HAVE EVERY STAYED I WILL COME BACK TO GULF SHORES AGAIN AND HOPE TO BE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET A CONDO THERE. THE POOLS, HOT TUB AND BBQ AREA WAS VERY CLEAN WHICH MADE IT VERY EASY TO COOK OUTSIDE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.....

Just to update everyone about Ivan damage. Regency Isle faired well as a whole. However everything on the ground level was demolished. The indoor & outdoor pool/hot tub, sauna & steam room are scheduled to be back online in June 2005. Our unit #406 needs only the carpet replaced in the master bedroom as wind driven rain blew thru the joint on the sliding door. Thanks for your support and have a great New Year!

Thanks for sharing your paradise with us. The condo was beautful, very spacious. The huge balcony was perfect for eating suppers and drinking coffee in the am. All in all, quite perfect. We will be back in 2 months. I can hardly wait!!! |
