We can't begin to thank you enough for allowing us to rent your wonderful condo! It was just perfect and we had the most wonderful vacation ever. The weather was picture perfect, the condo was very clean when we got there and had fresh linens and towels. We treated your home as if it was ours. Thank you so much - we had a wonderful time, loved the condo, the location, the beach and everything about it.
This is the third time we've rented homes from owners, (the last one yours), and we've always been so fortunate to have had great places to stay. It's reassuring to know there are trustworthy people in this world! Hotels are cold places, the rooms make me feel claustrophobic if I'm there more than a day or two and I do not like to eat every meal out.
Again, Blazena, please know how much we appreciate the opportunity to stay in your wonderful piece of paradise!

We arrived to very niceeee Mexican sun. In Helsinki -15C and in Cancun +30C so nothing to complain.
All things went well on instructions, travel from Airport and receiving the condo. We had a nice, relaxing time, enjoyed the beach and the highlight of the stay was assisting a baby turtle just hatched on the beach to find its way back to the ocean.
The condo itself has fulfilled our expectations, it is nicely decorated, cozy apartment with enough space for the 3 of us (adults).
One more time, Blazena, thank you for renting the condo for us!

Your Condo was excellent and we are leaving it in perfect condition just as we found it.
Highlight for us was watching the Turtles lay eggs. The guards here were kind enough to let us watch them at close proximity remove them to a safe area for later hatching. Something most would only see on the Discovery channel.

Thank you for the use of your condo in Cancun in August 25th -September 3rd, 2004. It was very comfortable for 4 people and we loved its location at the beach and the pools.
We had a great time in Cancun! We especially liked Xcaret, the Jungle Tour at the Yalmakan Marina (only a few yards away from your condo), and the many malls and flea markets for shopping.
The weather turned out to be wonderful during our trip; we caught only one thunderstorm dring our trip to Chichen Itza. We recommend Grey Line tours for the day trips (also to Xcaret and Cozumel) - they picked us up in front of Brisas and dropped us off there after the tour; plus their prices were reasonable.
Once again, thank you for your condo and we'll keep you in mind for our next stay when we return to Cancun in the future.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your apartment and your flexibility to extent our stay for another day. Thanks for a wonderful time. My girls really liked staying at Condominios Brisas as it was convienent and the water was great for boogie boarding as well as body surfing. The last day my three years old proved what 6 days in a pool/beach area can do for a child and actually started to swim under water. It was fabulous to see her so proud of herself.
Your tips came very handy - the food at at La Palapa was TOPS. My girls say it was the best they ever had and I have to agree, I couldn't stop eating... :)
We went snorkeling at a place called Yul Ku', along the coast south of Cancun and it was wonderful. Not too many people there, 60 pesos per adult and children under 6 were free. Strongly recommend. Traveling home we stopped at a beach called Xpuha and found this great place called Cafe del Mar. It was great and you'd never guess from the look of it. It's directly located next to the Cococabana Hotel and Resort. It was the best beach we found for a lazy afternoon with calm waters and some coral right there to snorkel if you wanted. They offer Yoga every morning there. It was about 70 KM from your condo. A definite drive but well worth it.
Thanks again for everything, it was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! and I'll let you know if we can come back again!

Just a note to say thanks for the use of your condo. The April 2004 weather was perfect. Warm + breezy. It was not very busy so we had "your" beach and the pool area almost to ourselves. We liked that. The condo was great for our family of 5. We thought Condominios Brisas was really well suited for a family vacation. We found the people in the on site store very friendly + helpful even with the language barrier. The Cancun tips you gave us were very useful for finding restaurants + commuting. We really enjoyed the Mexican culture + food. We sure hope we can come back one day.

Yes indeed we had a great time in Cancun. We really felt at home in your apartment which certainly is a very nice retreat. We especially enjoyed getting the breezes flowing from front through the back and used the air conditioning as little as possible - just to sleep as we weren't comfortable leaving windows open at night. Thought must say - was very safe - all in all felt very secure.

We fondly remember our wonderful 6-weeks vacation in your nice beachside apartment in Cancún, situated directly on a fabulous beach and the sparkling, turquoise, unbelievable beautiful Caribbean ocean, all just a few steps from the flat's front door. We were impressed with all the things to do and sport activities so close to your apartment - swimming & tennis playing on site, parasailing on the beach and I thoroughly enjoyed the chance to catch some exotic fish once a while!
During our stay, we generously enjoyed and sampled the outstanding Mexican and European cuisine in a choice of super restaurants, i.. the "Blue Bayou" and we frequently took a night cap in some of the many, many bars - mainly to listen to the beautiful and interesting music tunes; while on other evenings we enjoyed the opportunity to create some local fare in your fully equipped kitchenette and we prepared delicious meals from the fresh ingredients we brought straight from the markets (mainly seafood, which we love).
We also made a number of day-trips to the world famous Mayan sites - like Tulum and Chichén Itzá Ruins, which offered us an insight in the early life style in this part of México.
All in all, our holiday in your apartment and in México was an unforgettable experience and we'd love to rent your flat once again. Meanwhile, we are recommending our friends to visit the culturally rich México and enjoy it from the comfort of your apartment.

We visited in July 26 -August 9, 2003 and are a family of 2 Adults with 3 children.
We had a superb time at your place and in Cancun. Did a number of day
excursions and a trip to Merida as well. What a beautiful country and nice people indeed.
Your apartment suited us well; it was very hot in Cancun in August and we needed to cool off - in the air-conditioned bedroom.
But apart from the heat, all was well - your condo management: Captain Chemo, his son Josey and his wife Efy were grand and very helpful.
It is hard posting the keys back to you----- "don't feel like parting with them" say all the kids!!

| This was our first visit to Cancun and we loved it! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the beautiful pool and the fact that we were so close to the ocean. Our boys thought we had the best spot of ocean because it seemed to be the least crowded. The public bus stop was right ourside our door also making everything we did easy and convenient. The condo community was very quiet and excellent for families. The people we did meet were very friendly. We would gladly recommend this condo and will also return in the future. |

Cancun is our favorite spot on earth. My husband & I have been in this condo 7 times. We have seen and stayed in other accommodations and yet we keep returning to Blazena's condo. It is fully equipped with everything you might need, very spacious and always clean.
The pool and beach area is outstanding. The town, restaurants and shops are easily accessible by bus. Actually, you don't need to leave the complex or go too far, because there is a (simple) store on location and several restaurants close by. Blazena is extremely pleasant and professional. Once we are at the condo in Cancun, we never want to leave. We highly recommend her condo to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing place and we can't wait to return there again.

| My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this affordable condo. It was peaceful and serene. The beach is the most beautiful I've ever seen. My boys loved the swimming pools. We stayed for 2 weeks and paid 1/2 what hotels cost. Groceries are SO cheap $100.00 per weeek for my entire 'always hungry' family. The condo was clean, and had everything I needed to prepare tasty meals. Even a Blender for Smoothies! Which is great because Mexico has wonderful fresh fruit.! We would definately recommend this to other familys! on-site security, beautiful weather, and beach front location, who could ask for more! Cheers! |

Just wanted to let you know that Penny and I thoroughly enjoyed our Cancun vacation and staying in your condo. It is a really good size and very well equipped. We had no problems at all. Didn't use the air conditioning very much.
Just by having the front door open, there was a great breeze going through.
We ate most of our meals at the condo; but did get out to some good restaurants for a few dinners. The weather was great. Our tans were pretty dark when we left.
I wrote some notes in your guest book you have in the condo.

We rented a car to do our own exploring and also were able to conveniently stock up at the large grocery store downtown - that was a real experience for anyone from the States: fresh warm tortilla being made right there, a huge bakery section with fresh baked goods, we also bought the makings for homemade guacamole and chips which was a nice treat in the afternoons rather than having to buy it.
With all the activity, we did plenty of relaxing and had a VERY pleasant vacation, the sunsets from your garden were simply breathtaking. We ate out most of the nights and enjoyed the many varieties of food in Cancun.
All in all we had an absolutely wonderful vacation -

We had a glorious week in Cancun and enjoyed the sun and heat (January 9th). The weather was wonderful and our entire family had a lots of fun time together.
Thank you for the use of your place; it was completely adequate acommodation for the 5 of us. We especially enjoyed having a full size fridge and freezer to keep beverages cold.
We did take a tour to Tulum and Hel-Ha and also to Xcaret. The kids also spent a day at Club Med; thank you for all these recommendations. The bus transportation also worked out great for us.

Thank you for letting us rent your condo (June 1997). We had a wonderful time in Cancun! The use of the condo helped to make our visit pleasurable. It was so nice to get up and be able to fix breakfast before leaving for the day. And sometimes we fixed other meals too.
The condo was nice. We especially liked the big shower. And the sunsets across the Lagoon were spectacular! We did not spend a lot of time inside, but it was very nice to come back to and feel comfortable. And the access to the beach was great. That's what I enjoyed. Each morning we would go to the beach - I would walk and John would swim until I returned. Of course, we loved the incredibly blue water and the gentle waves.
The people around were friendly and helpful. They were also very polite. It was pleasant atmosphere. And I felt very safe.
Once again, thank you for the use of the condo. It was great to have a nice place in such a peaceful and quiet area. Also thanks for your helpful suggestions. It saved us a lot of time and bother.

I really liked spending my vacation in this nice apartment, which is very well and practically equipped. We found everything, what we needed for comfortable vacation. The pools and the beach are terrific too. We had nice time and weather, and I wish to visit this beautiful place once more. The owner (Blazena) was very helpful with tips about places to visit and advised us on paying the right prices for souvenirs we bought.
Byli jsme tri studentky mediciny a navstivili jsme Cancun v Cervenci 2000. Opravdu se nam libilo a dovolena se vydarila! Blazenin hezky a prostorny apartman byl bezvadne vybaveny vsim co jsme potrebovali pro pohodli a odpocinek. Plavecky bazen, more a plaz byli vynikajici - proste raj na zemi! Meli jsme nadhernou dovolenou, krasne pocasi a moc rada bych se sem vratila jeste alespon jednou. Blaza nam tez ochotne pomohla a vysvetlila kam jit co videt, kde a jak co nakupovat a jak se dohadovat o cenach na trhu! Bylo to nezapomenutelne! Dokonce i pivo nebylo dobre:)

My family and I had a great time at Cancun. We spent one week at the condo (1998 New Year's week). We were 6 adults and a child and it was perfect for us. Everything is close by, the beach is fantastic and all the attractions in Cancun and around are the best we ever saw (Tulum, Xcaret, Xel-Ha). But we will need an extra week to get to know other excellent places as Chichen Itza. I am sure you will spent an outstanding vacation at Cancun and particulary at Blazena's condo. HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!!

Hi Blazena,
It was WONDERFUL!!! We had a really great vacation and got lots of sun! The water was a bit rough during our stay, but we still went on the Jungle tour, deep sea fishing (I caught a 80 lb. Black Marlin), and to Garraffon at Isla Mujeres! It was a wonderful time!
Your condo is very nice and we all were very comfortable in it (especially being 5 girls with one bathroom!). We had a great time and we really appreciate all of your hospitality!

From all of our family members thank you very much for everything - from renting out the wonderful condo, having the Carribean some 100 yards from the front door (my wife keeps telling me it was the best vacation we ever had - I tend to agree, but it should have been a month rather than a week, nothing is perfect), your professional dealing with a customer from Germany to handling our emergency telephone call in the middle of the night due to a cancelled flight and arranging (and re-arranging) our pick-up at the airport. It sure was a great vacation.
We are definitely happy to recommend the condo to others. Should you ever have other customers from Germany or Europe and you might find it useful for them to contact us, please feel free to do so.
