We had a wonderful time at your kissimmee home. It looks great, we got to see one of the other homes, and yours was more impressive, We had enough room for 12 people without getting in each others way.. We enjoyed the pool area and the kids had a great time in the playroom, (as well as the adults).
We did have the management company come out to look at the pullout door (downsairs half bath) and one of the burners on the stove which was not working, They were out within the first day and took care of it..great service...
again we had a great time... If we were to do it again in Orlando, I would definitely use it again..

Thank you mom and dad for such a wonderful 2 week family vacation, we love you very much. The house was gorgeous and very clean, the pictures just didn't do it justice.
I highly recommend this property. The location is perfect for everything you want to do.

What a fab place, and highly recommend the villa.
It made our holiday, and is equipped with everything you will need for a great break away.
The location is spot on, the games room is excellent, the rooms are fantastic and the pool is second to none.
I would not hesitate recommending this lovely villa to anyone! |

| It was a pleasure to stay here. The home was clean and up to date. We heated the pool and it was ready to go when we arrived. Plenty of clean towels available. I've told everyone about it and had people inquire about the home. Well worth it. |

| we really enjoyed your place. there were 10 of us, but you couldn't even tell because the layout of the house was nice and somewhat private as far as the rooms went. the area is very nice to for the kids. we highly reccomend your place! |

| We stayed at Tom's home during Christmas week, 2004, and were very happy with the accomodations. We had seven adults and six grandchildren and everyone had their own space! We stayed in this property in June 2004.
There were 13 of us and there was plenty of room, the pool area was great for the kids and the games room was just what was needed after a long day at the parks - to calm the kids down.
We would definately go back to this Terra Verde again and to this house - it was absolutely fantastic.

| 11 of us recently stayed at Toms villa, and there was ample space for all of us, the villa is decorated to a very high standard, and has everything that u need to make your stay in florida fantastic, I would recomend this villa to anyone that is thinking of holidaying in orlando. It is very central to all the theme parks, shopping and many more activities. Also if like me you have children that use the internet, the site has free access to it, so its impossible to keep the kids away. We all had a fantasctic holiday, and would definately stay again |

We stayed at Tom's house in Terra Verde recently
and were blown away!
We have stayed in over a dozen villas in Orlando,
but this was by far the best. The furnishings and
facilities were fantastic. Our stay was hassle-free
and Tom and the management company couldn't
have been more help.
The Clubhouse and facilities are also the best
around.
My family and I would not hesitate to stay here
again, in fact we hope to do so.

Fabulous Holiday and fabulous Villa. All the amenities one could possibly want and in a great location....the whole family thought it ideal. Terra Verde is beautiful and well cared for with friendly staff.

| Last October we had the pleasure of staying at your home in Terra Verde. When we arrived we were so pleasantly surprised by how gorgeous the home was. Everything was beautifully decorated and the furnishings were amazing. As if this was not enough, the pool and the game room were both fantastic. This was our second trip to Disney but the first time we stayed off property. The drive was so short to the theme parks and we had so much space in the home. I don't think we'll ever stay on Disney property again. We continue to recommend it to friends but certainly hope it's available for our next visit to Florida. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. |

| This home is exquisite! We just returned from a six day stay in this home and it made our family vacation an experience we will never forget. The home is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and in a wonderful neighborhood. This has been one of the best experiences I have had in organizing a vacation. The owner, Tom, and the rental agent, Joanne, were very professional and wanted to make certain my family had a great experience. This was a wonderful experience and I will definitely visit again! |

| I was fortunate to stay in this Villa in Feb. 2004. To say that it has been furnished to a high standard would be a massive understatement. This is the most beautiful place I have ever had the priveledge to visit. The furniture is all absolutely gorgeous and a great deal of thought has been put into it, with each room having its own "theme". Terra Verde must be the best Subdivision in this part of Florida and the pool and clubhouse is a real bonus. I guarantee that if you are a regular visitor to Florida you won't have seen anything like this... I've already enquired about 2005 & 6 & 7..... |

| The house was wonderful and beautifully decorated - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was new and clean which was really nice. The pool area was very nice, large and had plenty of furniture. We did need to heat the pool though as it was cool. The kitchen was very well stocked with housewares. Working with the owner and the management company was great - they were more than accommodating. We would certainly recommend this home to anyone visiting central Florida! |

| This place is incredible. It completely exceeded our expectations. It appears to have been professionally decorated (very tastefully). The pool was heated and we were able to use it every day despite daily temperatures in the low 60s (dipping to the 30s at night). It is obvious that safety was also a priority. I especially liked the removable barricade next to the pool. It allowed us to enjoy sitting outside without having to constantly worry about the safety of our children (we traveled with 1, 2, 3 and 10 year old children). Dealing with Tom (the owner) and the management company was easy. The entire rental was handled in a very professional manner. It's great to deal with trustworthy people. |
