This was a great time for my special birthday and my closest freinds ho flew in from all over the country to help me celebrate. The house was great and we spent th whole time in the pool.

Our family had the pleasure of spending a week in Bruce’s home. How relaxing! In the past, we spend a lot of time sightseeing on our trips to Palm Springs, but with this home, we just could not bring ourselves to leave! We left for food and to walk the dog! The dog park was a great way to start our mornings and the pool was put to use from sunrise to bedtime. The gardens are lush. We did not need to go to the dog park to walk our pet as the yard is quite LARGE, but the park is so close, we could not resist. It was nice to be in the presence of a mature landscape. I actually now use a photo of the large palm trees as my desktop background just to remind us that we need to go back. We are a group of 6 plus one dog and were able to have privacy when we were there! The floor plan is very spacious and the furnishings are nice and comfy. We did not use the second bedroom in the casita or the guest bedroom off of the kitchen, but the rooms we did use were wonderful! We really enjoy older homes and this one tops our list of the best we have stayed in as far as putting us in 1940s or 50s architecture. We wondered when Lucy and Ricky would pop in… As for Bruce, he really is a genuinely nice man. He is accommodating, helpful and it has been our pleasure to run across him and his wonderful home. | I highly recommend this delightful villa! Our family enjoyed the lovely furnishings (we felt honored to be trusted with the objets d'art and beautiful furniture and wall hangings) and the ideal location (a few minutes from the airport, 2 blocks from the village). The house is beautifully stocked (china, linens, etc.) and perfectly maintained. The grounds and pool lend themselves to pleasurable relaxation--everything seemed to say, "Sit back and enjoy!" So we did. None of us will ever forget our days there! |

| We had a great time staying at "Tamarisk." We had a large group of friends and the house was very accomadating with several bedrooms, bathroom, showers, and living room. All the rooms were beautiful. The pool area was the best part and obviously where we spent most of our day. At night we walked into town to eat and drink. Good times great fun, will definitely be back! |

| What a great time our family (from twin boys ages 18 months to greatgrandpa age 82 years)had! The home and grounds were clean and well-tended. We feasted on the oranges on the trees in the back yard that were ready for harvest. The pool and hot tub were in perfect condition. Close to downtown P.S., the airport and (for a quick run for one of the twins) the E.R. at the hospital. We hope to come back again. |

| There were 11 of us (and one big dog) in town for the weekend, and we had a *great* time. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together (or alone), and plenty of bedrooms and beds. Just 2 or 3 blocks to the main street downtown - a terrific bonus. Heating the pool was definitely the way to go. |

| This property is definitely secluded and private. Our group enjoyed having two seperate living areas and a living room large enough for everyone! Everything thing you need for a great time is provided and everyone has a TV!! |

We enjoyed our downtime in the pool and relaxing on the beautiful patio. The guesthouse was a great place for the younger adults to stay! We will definitely be back! |

Please relay to Bruce and Dino how much we enjoyed staying at the Movie Colony house.
It was perfect for our group's needs. We loved the ambience, the furnishings, the layout, the grounds, the neighborhood, etc. It exceeded our hopes and expectations.
Also, your quick responses to our two minor problems (the CD player and the pool over flow) were much appreciated and impressive. I too have a vacation property that I rent out (in South Lake Tahoe) and know how these types of things can drive you crazy. The way in which you dealt with the problems was fantastic.
We added a few things to the house for you and future guests: two cork screws and four tiki torches.
I hope that your cleaning people found everything in order. We tired to leave everything in good condition.

P.S. In case no one has mentioned it to you: The water tap in the bathroom sink in the pool house is leaky pretty heavily on the "hot" side. Also, the "cold" water tap in the bathroom inside the house between the two bedrooms is also dripping... Never a dull moment for we landlords.

| A lovely way to celebrate our 4oth wedding anniversary! Our three daughters and their husbands along with our five grandchildren found the house to be just the right size. The pool, spa and ping pong table kept everyone busy. We'll be back for our 50th. |

Thank you for helping to make my parents' 50 year wedding anniversary their best one yet! Your house was an ideal setting for a family gathering with plenty of space and activities for all; including our four-legged family member. Everyone had such a wonderful time that we are now talking about making it an annual family reunion location.
Aside from the great accommodations, everyone at Palm Springs Vacation Rentals was a delieght to work with and went out of their way to ensure that we had the best vacation possible. |

We had three families vacationing together--all with small children!
We swam, took walks, explored Palm Springs, did a bit of gambling at the local casinos, grilled out, and agreed--this was one of the most enjoyable vacations we'd ever had.
Your property is beautiful, allows for a great deal of privacy (even with 3 families), and is one we look forward to returning to soon!

| We recently stayed at this lovely home for four days in the beginning of April. The home is charming and spacious, as well as centrally located. The pool, spa and patio/backyard are wonderful and well maintained. The guest house in the back was a great addition to the house and was just as tastefully decorated as the main house. We had 9 people in our party and we had plenty of room and everyone loved the house. We look forward to our next stay. |

| It’s always nice to get away from the hustle of the city, but being able to do it with a group of friends is a real treat. Your house is my favorite because of the amenities and indoor layout.
