Our family had a wonderful Spring Break at the Carter's Keystone Condo. Beautiful view of the mountains, short walk to the lifts, and the accomodations were just perfect. We highly recommend a stay here, we certainly will plan for another visit.

| March 16-18th Girls weekend at the condo was amazing. All four of us were so happy with all accommodations. Easy walk to lifts, easy walk to main street. Very nice and clean place. I will tell all my friends about it!!! |

Our family of five stayed Feb 10 to 17, 2007. The condo is in superb condition and a short walk to the lifts. Basement Parking is terrific. The owners handled the transaction very professionally and were helpful. The only negative is a lack of walking paths to restaurants or shops; however, the resort shuttle is easy and efficient. The mountain house area location is great for taking kids to ski school and is a short and pleasant hike to the Keystone lake. Overall, this unit is highly recommended. PS: go to the Keystone nordic center which has great staff.

| Owner and condo were terriffic. Everything as promised and the perfect size for our family of four. Location was excellent and although we were not skiing, if we were the walk would not be too bad. Instructions on check-in and check-out were detailed and complete, and the entire process was very easy. Can't wait to come back. |

What a wonderful end of summer vacation our family had at the Carter's Keystone Colorado Condo. Everything already said about the Condo itself is true. For those of you visiting in the summer, some of our most enjoyed daytrips from the Condo included: (1) hiking to Hanging Lake (the trail is off I-70 on the way to Glenwood Springs), (2) touring Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, and (3) touring the Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine in Cripple Creek.
Most of all for us Dallasites - we enjoyed the cool Colorado evenings and the sound of the Snake River outside the Condo’s bedroom windows at night. This condo really is the perfect home away from home. If you just want to relax and skip the hiking and biking -- fill the humming bird feeder on the balcony and enjoy watching their antics.

| What a terrific place to spend a week with the family! The condo is spacious (2 bedrooms and two baths, with a pull-out sofa bed which we did not use) and tastefully furnished (you feel at home, rather than at a place that someone is renting merely to make a buck). Plenty of glasses (water, wine, cocktails), plates and silverware are available - and we even found Tabasco and Worcestershire which allowed us to prepare our Bloody Mary's as if we were at home. The underground parking is most convenient. If you are a skier, the walk to Keystone's Peru lift (even with small children ... which certainly slows down the process) only is 5 minutes. The two natural gas Weber grills next to the two outdoor hot tubs worked very well and allowed us to prepare delicious steaks. This was our third time in Keystone (we previously stayed at one bedroom condos at Silvermill in the River Run area). Everything considered, we prefer this place over the condos we stayed at in River Run. We have been fortunate to travel to many nice resorts thoughout the world and can state with all candor that the Carter's condo will not disappoint you. (One more comment: If you expect to dine-out frequently and you do not have a car or prefer not to use the car, then the proximity to various restaurants in the River Run area is an attractive feature - there are not as many restaurants in walking distance of the Hidden River Lodge. We ended-up eating at the condo most of the nights, so this was not a problem.) |

| Great condo! Very clean with beautiful view of mountains. Tried night skiing for the first time and loved it. It was so convenient to be able to walk back to the condo from the slopes. Owner very helpful. The information provided was very extensive and extremely beneficial. Had a wonderful time and we hope to return again. Thank you! |

| We has a wonderful August week at Keystone/Hidden River. The Carter's condo was perfect for two couples. We explored the area from Leadville to Vail to Breckenridge - bike paths, shops and, especially, the scenery. Everything we wanted or needed was available in the condo. Access was easy, rental details were simple and we just had a wonderful time. We have already given condo information to friends. We plan to return again in the summer months. |

| This is a great condo. It faces the western slopes of Keystone. Beautiful views. Two large bedrooms comfortably accommodated my family of four for a week. Great kitchen allowed us to eat in and save $$$ for lift tickets! Awesome hot tubs. Very clean and like new! |

The condo was the best we have ever stayed in around Summit County. It is well decorated, warm and cozy. We were impressed with how well equipped the unit was. Everything we needed was there. The many windows show off an exceptional view of the mountains. I especially enjoyed the views at night of the Go Devil Run night skiers.
We had a great time skiing at Keystone and will try to get Kelly's condo again soon.

| condo was the best my wife and kids have ever stayed in and we have skied all over.the proximiyt to the slopes and ski school could not have been better.the condo was very well taken care of and very clean.it really was a home away from home.my hats off to kelly and his famoly .they went way beyond the call of duty to insure everything was in proper order and we had everthing we needed to make our stay memorable.thanks again for everything.we will be back!!!! regards scott gillispie &family |

Thanks for making your property so much more than a place to sleep! The condo is great and very modern, and we appreciated all the personal touches. The location could not be better...we walked the path over the river to Keystone for some great skiing, both during the day and at night, ice skated at Keystone Village, which was one minute up the road, and skied at Arapahoe, another 5 minutes.
At the end of a long day, we really liked hanging on the balcony with a beverage, listening to the river and watching the night skiers prior to heading for the much needed hot tub.
We'll be back, and thanks again for such fine hospitality. My family had a great time. Money well spent! |
