| We've used this condo for several years for our Girl's Shopping Weekend at the lake. We love it. It's so convenient to the shops and we can pop back and forth easily. We've always found the condo to be very comfortable and relaxing. It's a great getaway or escape weekend place to go. |

| I just celebrated my 65th birthday at your Condo with 8 other ladies this past weekend. We all were so impressed of what a beautiful place. I plan to bring my 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters and niece and great niece for a weekend in the future. I just can't express enough of how great your place is. My family and I have stayed at this condo 3 times since October 2003.
The covered deck and the view is awesome!
The condo has all the necessary accomodations for a large or small family.
It's also conveniently located to many of our favorite restaurants and attractions.
I will be back in October and bring 3 of my friends for the weekend.

We look at Kapilan Properties as the ideal get-away. You are right on one of the best fishing lakes in the United States and the sunrise and sunset on the lake is right outside a sliding glass door on each room in the Condo. My wife enjoys the shopping at the huge Outlet Mall, just moments away. We have stayed two times and are only waiting for the free time to come back and visit.
You will not find a better place to relax, visit the attractions at the Lake of the Ozarks, and get out on the water.
We don't have a boat, but boat owners can arrage a slip I believe.
The owners are great people and very willing to work with you to ensure that you have the best visit possible.
Great swiming area and playground for the kids and a nice quiet cove for fishing or just floating around. |
