| We had great family time at the condo, great deal due to its tastefull and functional furnishings, great location and well maintained entire complex. Beach and swimming pool are as handy as it can get. Impressive view from the balcony enabled us to perfectly time the colorfull sunsets and had greatest view of the 4th of July fireworks on the beach. We certainly hope to stay at the condo again. |

| My wife and I had a very pleasent vacation at your condo on the Gulf. The location is excellent, very convenient to the beach and the off shore shopping areas. All the other residents in the building were very friendly and helpfull. The condo was very well appointed and had everthing we needed to make our stay very confortable. It was a pleasure to do business with the owners. |

| Absolutely wonderful condo. The carpet looks to be brand new. The furniture is in wonderful condition. The beds were great - particularly the pillow-top king in the master. This corner unit has a FANTASTIC direct view of the gulf (including a panoramic view of the beach to the North). The building, Reflections, is very quiet and peaceful. Great pool and tennis. Can't say enough good things about this unit. And, the new owner tells me that he's going to be performing even more updates shortly. Wonderful place for a vacation. Don't hesitate to rent this unit!!!! |

Since your stay we have completed a a major redecorating project. We enlarged the view to the ocean from the kitchen, installed all new appliances, all new linens throughout, and new vertical blinds. The entire condo has also been completely repainted. Hope to see you soon.
