| We stayed here the first week of August 2009 and throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is even nicer than the pictures show and the view is amazing. We found everything as described. The only thing that wasn't available during our visit was an ironing board. Also, I was a little nervous about sending a check to pay for the rental vs credit card, but there was no problem and Rich was very responsive to all my questions. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again some day. |

We also really enjoyed going to the Glacier Club to swim---what a treat! We were surprised by how quiet it was at the house and how cool the weather was at night time. This was our first family vacation using VRBO. The entire experience was positive and Rich was very accommodating. We would definitely consider coming back to this beautiful property for another family vacation and make it an annual event!

| We had an awesome Spring Break here. We loved the house. It was the perfect location - quiet yet close enough to the lifts. The views were amazing and the weather was perfect. The kids are already talking about next year. Thanks for everything. |

| We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. The house was perfect for 2 families. Although it is still a bit of a walk to the lodge (if you have small children doing ski school), it was still very convenient. We will be back! |

| Rich - thanks so much for squeezing us in on short notice. The weather was excellent, the ski conditions were outstanding, and the house was fantastic... you've really got it set up nice. This was the closest we've ever stayed to the lifts and we're hooked.... we'll be back next year! |

We were told to tell you "Hi" from Bill Webb at the Glacier Club and Luke, a bartender at Purdy's. We know now that we should have dropped your name more often around town! But seriously, thank you for everything. It was great and we can't wait to do it again. |

While reading the morning Durango Herald on the living room deck, Mama bear with three cubs plodded through the woods on top of the bunny slopes. In the middle of August it was wonderful seeing my breath on a cold morning. Thanks for sharing your mountain home with us, it was inviting , comfortable and the audio media capacities were over the top , like having a private movie theater in the mountians.

| My family stayed in august 08 to witness our daughters marriage. It was a beautiful home to recieve and entertain guests. The large master bathroom was perfect for a wedding party to get ready.The large kitchen was well appointed,easy, and enjoyable to cook meals. I will go back, and highly recommend this property. |

| A fabulous summer retreat. Music in the Mountains, a lovely suprise and Rich made is possible to use the Glacier Club, a luxurious golf club. | We met friends here for a 4-day weekend in July. The house was beautiful, just like in the pictures, and perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids! The views from the balconies are to die for! There's lots to do at the resort in the summer--a great summer get-away. I would highly recommend this home to families for summer or winter fun! |

| What a Great House!!! It was our first Christmas away from home. Our daughter is the Program Manager for Adaptive Sports in Durango and could not get off for Christmas. The house sits on a bluff overlooking the bottom half of the mountain. We could watch all the skiers and boarders. It was just a very short walk to be on the mountain. The layout was perfect for a family and the kitchen was great. Rich was easy to work with and even called to wish us a Merry Christmas. We felt at home. We will call him again if we need a place to stay on the mountain . |

| WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a vacation. Our family rented this house for a week in March. The weather was great as was the skiing. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean, extremely comfortable and stocked with everything you can think of or need. It even had sleds in the heated garage for the kids to use. The mountain views were awesome from just about every room in the house. The location of the house was so convenient too, a short walk to the ski lifts in the mornings and an even shorter walk to the community center to relax in the hot tub. Rich, the owner, really a super host, he made reservations for us to have dinner at the Glacier Club about 4 miles south of the house. Again, first class, beautiful club house with great views, great service and great food. We would most definitely rent this house again and are looking forward to a return trip. |

| We truly enjoyed our visit to this house, it is the perfect mountain retreat for a family and extra guests. The views are amazing from all the common areas and especially from the master bedroom. The heated garage and community center are nice additions to the great kitchen and living rooms. The overall warmth of the space made our stay memorable, we are hoping to come back again. Rich is a great host and very accommodating to visitors. Cheers! |

| My Family stayed a week here and we had a great time! We ate in every night. The Kitchen was well supplied. The proximity to the lefts were terrific. Having the heated garage was great for dealing with the equipment. The owner Rich was very helpful and prompt on anything we need. I highly recommend this property. |
