| Thank you for renting your condo to us. It looks just as it does in the pictures & is very well stocked. We enjoyed it being a short walk to the beach, the beach service & the restaurants being near by. Hope to return soon! |

| Judy and Brad...the condo was spectacular, we had a wonderful time. The kids loved having there own room and tv. The closeness to the beach was even better and the attendant setting up chairs daily was great. Condo had all the ammenities of home. All the recommendations of restaurant and extra touches you share was awesome. Can't wait to come back next year. |

| We had three couples staying from October 17 thru October 21, 2008. We had the best time and loved the condo. We had plently of room for all six adults. The condo is furnished with everything we needed. We will be staying there next time we go to Destin. Hopefully our next visit will be longer. Hated to come home!!! |

We had a wonderful time with our friends and our long weekend could have gone on forever. We were able to relax and enjoy without worry. Thank you again. |

| July 24-27th. It was great. The condo was very clean and in good shape. The water was crystal clear except for some jelly fish. It was a wonderful place to stay. Hope to be back soon!! |

| Great vacation! Condo was gorgeous, well stocked and convenient to both the beach and the two pools, and it was within walking distance of several great restaurants. The beach service was a huge plus for us. This was our second stay at Maravilla, and we plan to return! We felt like we got the 'personal touch' from this condo owner! |

Our stay in Brad and Judy's condo was just great. I am a decorator and I think the condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is the best stocked one we have ever had. We look forward to staying here again.

We loved our stay in your fine place. Enjoyed having a ground floor unit as unloading groceries, etc. was so much easier. The weather during January and February was not as nice as in the past, but it was much better than it was in Tennessee. We had a Super Bowl party and also received several nice comments from guest about your condo. Look forward to renting again next year.
