We had a great time. It rained most of the time and cool. We went out to play and site see. we played min. golf and raced the rars at Kartracks. went to the aquarium feed the fish at the hatery kids had a great time feeding the fish. We hope to return soon upon if the home is open. so much to do up there not enought time to do anything. Relaxing in the evening at the deck wonderful.
Thany you Gina and Jim memories will last forever. Great to get away from everyday busy life and work.

Jim and Gina, The members of my book club and I enjoyed your lovely house. Everything was perfect after the hot tub decided to co-operate with us!!! We had a wonderful time and are making plans for next year. The view was awesome!!

| Truly amazing is not sufficient to describe this vacation spot and the relaxing atmosphere that went with it. The view was inspiring. The accommodations exactly what Jim said they were plus. We rented a pontoon and floated an afternoon away on the lake. We visited the historic downtown and a vineyard in Vermillion. One evening, we watched as Mars showed colors no one will see again for years while we rested by the fire pit. Another evening we held a birthday party on the second level deck which entailed a party of 10 with plenty of room for more. The pictures on the website about this property don’t do it justice. Thank you so much for the great stay in Yankton. The house was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. It's exactly what we were looking for. It was just a great weekened before my daughter goes to Iraq. Thanks again for everything.

| We had a fabulous stay! We have a 10 month old son and a 5 year old daughter. The play pen, high chair, gate for the steps were such terrific "added" features for our family to be more comfortable. The decor is great! We are trying to plan another stay soon with our relatives that also stayed at the same time. Jim's hospitality is top notch! (calling to make sure we made it okay) We also liked his sincerity and flexibility. Thank you! |

My family and 2 to other families were lucky enough to stay at the home for a few days. It was the best family vacation that we have ever took. The couples who joined us were thrilled with the property and loved it also. I hate to be back home and back to reality. Staying there for vacation was a small piece of heaven here on earth. We were all very impressed with the small things that were added to the house. Some times you see the pictures were you will be staying and when you get there is looks nothing like the pictures, not the light house you have gone above and beyond what we all expected. The veiw of the water was breath taking and the fire pit in the evenings was the best of course our friends loved the outdoor hot tub. The home it self has 5 star rating in our book. We are already looking at dates for next year.

| We had a great time at the lighthouse with our guests from Germany. The property is VERY well taken care of!! Very clean and comfortable. The Hot Tub and Campfire pit were wonderful and relaxing. Very close to the lake and marina. The deck was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. |

This house that we stayed at in Yankton was absolutely beautiful. It definitely had a lighthouse theme! It was very roomy, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and for our large family.....3 tv's. It had two family rooms. It was fully furnished, complete with a 12 place setting of dishes, full set of pans and all of the condiments included!
It had much more than we had expected.
The surrounding landscape was gorgeous. Hilly and treed, we did lots of walking just to enjoy the area. From the front porch we had a wonderful view of the Lewis and Clark Reservoir. We will definitly go back again!
