| Thanks John and Bev for another great visit. This is the third year we have stayed here and it works just great for our family. This year we had our toddler granddaughter with us, and the baby accommodations (high chair, crib, and toys) were great. Each year I see changes that have been made to keep the condo in beautiful and functional shape. Bev called just before we left to see if there was a need to have anything repaired before the next guests arrived. Thanks again - we plan on returning next year. |

| What a fantastic place. We love Sterling Shores, this penthouse is HUGE and wonderfully decorated. Amazing views from the balconies! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. My family was really impressed that I found such a great place to stay at a matching great price! My two toddler grandchildren also loved it, and the pool was tailor-made for little ones. Thanks to the Monacos for their hospitality, you have the best condo we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a LOT of them!) |

All of the great comments we read before our month of January stay at this lovely condo were delightfully proven to be true! From the sound/media system and oppulent bathrooms, to cozy lap throws for the leather sofas, comfort and luxury did abound! Magnificent views? Oh my, the enjoyment of seeing an eastbound Pod of a dozen playful dolphins, a huge golden/orange Moon after dinner through the Dining Room window, Sunrises over and Sunsets into the Gulf's horizons from the SAME balcony, planes landing and Destin's night skyline, oh yes, the views are quite magnificent!
Thanks Bev and John! We so enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo, and the added finishing touches you provide are thoughtful, welcoming and appreciated!

The Monaco's Sterling Shores Penthouse is absolutely the best value I have ever seen in the Destin area. We stayed there in July 2008. The unit is impressive enough with it's fabulous furnishings and amazing Gulf and City views. But, when you add in the personal service that you receive from Bev & John, then it is simply unmatched. Bev took care of even our smallest concerns and requests immediately. Thanks for a GREAT week at the beach!

This unit is so nice. I knew from the pictures and from staying at another Penthouse unit that it would be good -- however, it still far surpassed my expectations. It's wonderfully decorated, spacious, and so functional. The view of Destin and beaches is amazing. Our family just loved it. We can't wait to go back.
The Monaco's were a real pleasure to work with and you can easily tell that they love this place. You'll reap the rewards of their heartfelt efforts when you stay here! |

| 6/14-21:This is our 4th stay in the Monaco's beautiful condo and we did not think it would be possible to love it anymore than we already did - but we do!It has become our home away from home and Bev and John have become family.I can think of no greater compliment than that! | This was a great place to stay. We can not say enough great things about this condo. It was well furnished and decorated, but most of all the view was awesome. Breath taking. The kids loved the lagoon size pool, and we loved the grills and most of all the relaxzation wegot. It was home away from home!!!! |

| Our recent visit to Sterling Shores Resorts was our best!!!! The Monaco's condo is now our favorite!!!! It is beautfully decorated and well maintained. The penthouse view is so pretty. They have thought of everything for a family vacation. They have cribs and high chairs ,pool and beach toys, and a wonderful storage bench for toys and equipment. |

| We were very impressed with this condo. We always stay at this location but have switched from condo to condo each year just trying to find the right one. I think we found it! This condo was beautifully decorated and had so many perks for families (tons of DVD's for kids; 2 cribs; bedding; high chair). It was really nice. This is by far the nicest condo we've stayed in. The view is gorgeous too!!! Thanks to the Monaco family for providing such a wonderful vacation spot. We'll definitely be back!!! |

I really don't think there are any condo's that will beat this!Our children LOVE the pool and its perfect for the little ones. We had family fly in from Seattle and they were amazed by this condo. | I don't know if words can describe the vacation we had at Bev's place! My husband and I went with my parents and our 2 children. The penthouse is beautifully decorated. We loved the ammenities of Sterling Shores.My kids couldn't stay out of the waterfall pool. The location is great for shopping, golf, dining, etc. we have stayed at many resorts in Destin and this is by far the best. We rebooked for next year! Thanks Bev and John |

| This is our second year in Bev and John's beautiful Penthouse condo. It is hard to improve on perfection but somehow they have found a way. The luxurious condo became even more luxurious over the past 12 months. How could we rent from anyone else - most beautiful condo in Destin, incredible views of the ocean and the strip at night, birdseye view of the private planes and "War Birds" at the small airstirp(too cool), and wonderful owners! | Very open and nicely decorated condo. Has plenty of space and a great view of the Gulf from the living room, master bedroom and main balcony. We shared the condo with our neighbors and our boys loved using the on-site movie theatre. If we ever end up vacationing in Destin again we would defintely stay in the penthouse again. Owners are very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Thanks for helping make our vacation a week to remember! |

| My family has stayed in Sterling Shores before but this was by far the most beautiful condo. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated! This was very much appreciated because we had cold weather when we visited and spent more time indoors than usual. I highly recommend Ph #19, we will be back next year! |

| What a wonderful place. This condo is a 10 all around. The views are beautiful. Our children loved watching the dolphins and the planes. Bev was so extremely easy to work with. | Bev,I must apologize for taking so long to write in your guestbook. My husband and I have been coming to Destin first as children then as adults with our own family for over 35 years and this was by far the "coolest" place we have ever stayed. The views were fabulous no matter which window you looked out. We were blown away by the luxury of the condo and the kindness of Bev and her husband. There were 4 adults and two kids in the condo(and apt.) and we were able to really spread out. The balcony was unbelievable and of course it is always nice to be so close to the Back Porch! Thank you for the packet of "insider" information. We loved trying some new restaurants and re-visiting old favs all within walking distance. We will be back for sure! |

We stayed for a week at Sterling Shores PH #19. I have stayed at Sterling Shores before and this was my best experience. The condo was extremely well kept, beautiful, and had plenty of space. With the top corner location the view was unbelievable. We are planning on staying again next summer. I would
highly recommend renting PH #19 to anyone. |

| We stayed at Sterling Shores PH #19 and had a great stay. The Property is beautiful and the people are very friendly. There are also organized activities for the kids daily, ours girls really enjoyed this. The condo was very roomy and the view from the top floor is great. Sterling Shores is in a great location everything is close. This was our 2nd year staying here and we will definitely be back next summer, probably for a longer stay next year, we never want to leave. The condo was also easy to maintain. With mostly tile on the floors it was very easy to keep the sand vacumed up. There is also a great size laundry room with a door to close the noise out. I highly recommend renting PH #19 |

The washer and dryer are a BIG PLUS in this unit, plenty of room for beach towel storage and dirty clothes hamper. Parking is very convienant and since we had 3 vehicles, there was plenty of room for everyone to park without having to walk too far to the elevator for the condo. The pools are very well kept and it is just a very short walk to the 4300 sq. ft. pool or to the beachside pool with the Tiki bar. We spent most of our days on the beach, the last day we spent at the beachside pool only to find out; we wished we had spent more time there. It is very relaxing to sit by the pool and look out at the ocean, while the kids are just a short distance in front of you riding the waves and laying out in the sun. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat and it is a very beautiful area to just take a nice stroll taking in the beautiful scenery or walk the beach. The owners are so awesome and very easy to work with. They are quick to respond to any of your needs, no dealing with someone who works at a realtors office that really doesn't care if you rent from them or not. WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME WE HAD! Leaving was very hard to do and we cannot wait to come back for out stay again next year. Thank god our search is over! Thanks Bev and John for allowing us to stay at your condo! If I could find a way to rent it everyday, believe me I would. Hopefully, one day I will be able to retire and be so lucky to find a place like this to live! We created alot of memories and got lots of beautiful pictures to bring back and share with our friends and family back in Tennessee.
The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been if there was a hot tub to relax in at night and beachside umbrella and chair service included in the price (having to carry down umbrellas and chairs gets old after a couple of days; beachside service is kind of pricey at $25.00 a day for 7 days. |

| For the past 5 years, my best friend and her family have joined me and my kids on vacation to Destin, FL. Each year we search and search for the perfect place, staying in a diferrent place each year. WELL, let me say, OUR SEARCH IS OVER! Words do not do this penthouse condo justice! My son and his friend stayed in the 1 BR suite; which they could not have enjoyed any more, unless they lived there! They enjoyed having their own space, their own bathroom, refrigerator, microwave and balcony. My daughter and her friend also enjoyed having their own bedroom and bath. The master suite is AWESOME! What a VIEW! It doesn't get any better than waking up in the morning and looking out the balcony door of the master suite and seeing a piece of HEAVEN! We loved the condo so much, we only went out to eat once during our stay. The kitchen is perfect and furnished with everything you would ever need! We never used the dining room table, we just went straight to the outside balcony. Where there is very nice outdoor furniture, outside speakers to listen to music and A VIEW TO BEAUTIFUL TO DESCRIBE! |

| This penthouse is everything you'd expect from a penthouse! 5 adults and 3 young children stayed here and enjoyed the large pool, the close proximity to the beach among other things. There are 2 bathrooms with large jacuzzi tubs and the third bathroom is nice as well. The owner was quick in response to any request we had. The kids enjoyed the large mushroom in the pool that sprayed water. The adults enjoyed the large balcony. It was very spacious with 2,200 square feet. We'd go again in a heartbeat! |

Our family of five had a wonderful time in this very well-appointed and expansive condo. My wife and I enjoyed the master suite while our two daughters enjoyed their own little "apartment" (bed, shower, refrig, microwave, balcony, reading area, TV, stero, jacuzzi,.. ) Our son also enjoyed his own room and bathroom. Everyone had plenty of space to unwind, and enjoy vacation in their own way.
The condo is beautifully furnished (not with cheap beach furniture) and yet very practical. We ate several meals there and the kitchen was very easy to use. Any type of appliance or cooking gadget was available. Doing laundry in a regular size washer and dryer in the convenience of our condo was another huge plus.
The top floor provided wonderful views of the gulf and surrounding area. The large balcony was a great place to enjoy dinner or just soak in the scenery.
We had the use of two very well-kept pools to enjoy as well as the beach-- all within a few minutes walk. Many times my son and I would swim at the beach while the girls enjoyed the pool area. Finding and keeping track of each other was never a problem.
Parking was a reserved, covered garage lot convinently located near the elevator. We felt just like VIPs.
All in all, it was the best place we have ever stayed and it has helped create many great memories. |
