Josh too was pleased to find that he got his entire security deposit back plus $20 more because he left it good condition. He also stated that he had a great time.

Maureen rented this property for four days and had a wonderful time but most rewarding was the fact that we got all of our security deposit back plus an additional $50 for leaving it in clean, rentable condition. I worried that I might not get it back but I did.
