| This house is a dream come true .We stayed in the villa for 7 nights and had the feeling we were in a warm family home.It is a beautiful house,the kitchen is fully equipped,the pool was great, and so was the BBQ gril.The kids were really happy there. The internet connection enabled us to do some work.We arrived to Orlando from New-York and had some laundry.The washing machine and the drier were a great help.It is located so close to Disney and to outlet stores and restaurants.It is the perfect option for a family vacation.We will certainly recommend this house to our friends.Thank you Helen, it was a real pleasure. |

| We just stayed 5 nights at this house and had a great time. My husband played golf at Champions Gate two minutes away. It was wonderful for the kids to swim in the morning, for me to make a big lunch (using the grill and lovely kitchen!) and then hit the parks (10 mins away) packing our own snacks and drinks. It was also nice to come back to a house, where we could really spread out, relax and unwind. My husband and I both had to do some work, and the wireless connection worked great. I also think we used the huge master bath tub every night! Helen was a pleasure to work with, and I almost can't picture doing the Disney thing again without this house! |

| my family of 8 said this was the best idea i came up with for a trip to disney. we had rain for 6 days, this house kept our kids so busy that they did not even care that most park days were rained out, the game room was their "CLUB" for the week. dealing with HELEN was a pleasure. 7 ELEVEN 2 MINUTES AWAY, WALMART SUPERCENTER 5 MINUTES AWAY. all major parks 10/20 minutes away. when we did get into the pool it was great having it screened in. being able to do laundry was a major plus. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL ME FOR A RECOMENDATION ON THIS HOUSE. we will definitely rent with HELEN again. |

We thorougly enjoyed our stay at your house in this very quiet gated community. Clean, spacious and the pool was so great for the kids after those hot days at Disney. It was in the perfect location - just minutes from all the parks - I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants more than a one room hotel. | We loved staying in this house and had a great time. The house was very clean and exactly as depicted in the online pictures. We were pleased with the location being close to the parks and being so close to Walmart for all our shopping needs. The kids loved the pool and spent lots of time in it. It was nice that there were some pool toys there. We also enjoyed being neighbors with a family of Florida sandhill cranes. All questions and needs were answered by Helen or the management team on a timely basis. All in all, it was a great experience and we would not hestitate to recommend it to others and to visit the house again ourselves. |

| We had a wonderful time and were very impressed with this house. It was very clean, spacious and equipped with lots of linens and plenty of dishes. We loved having the washer & dryer. One of my favorite things was the large garden tubs in each of the master bedrooms. Our grandkids loved having their own rooms with their very own TV. Management responded very good when we had a light bulb out at the entrance and also need a combination for the grill lock. The pool table and game tables were wobbly so we did not use them, however, the pool and hot tub were used almost every day. The gated community is wonderful and the palm trees lining the entrance are beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone needing an affordable but lovely home with lots of space. It is much better than a hotel and we were able to do some of our own cooking making it less expensive than having to go out all the time. It was very close to Disney as well as shopping. We will definately consider your home again when we travel to Florida. Thank you! |

| We had such a wonderful stay at the villa, we were so impressed with the cleanliness of this home. The convenience of a close grocery store and a Walgreens was wonderful. It was such easy access to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet n Wild. We would highly recommend this particular home to our friends and family. | Hi Helen, We recently stayed in your house in Cumbrian Lakes Estates and have a lot of good memories because it was an oasis after a busy day at the parks. Our granddaughters loved the Princess room with it's own television and theme. We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub in the cool evenings. This rental went off without any hitches and the house and furnishings were exactly as described, and the use of the dishwasher, washer and dryer made it that much more comfortable. I have and will continue to refer friends, family and aquaintenances to your rentals as a preferable and reasonable alternative to an impersonal hotel. Thank you again for all your input |

| The house was wonderful. For a family of 7 (4 adults & 3 kids)to be able to stay so comfortably was wonderful. We were literally minutes from Disney, Universal, Sea World and shopping. Easy on/off interstate access. Everything in the home was clean. Having the washer & dryer was great. The kids loved the pool and the neighborhood was lovely. This was our first experience with a rental home & now we are hooked! It's the only way to go. We did have minor trouble with the fridge & spa but the mgmt company was responsive. Helen was also very helpful to us when our trip was unexpectantly lengthened due to airport closures. We wholeheartedly recommend this home. |

| Having the house was the best idea we had. Saved a great deal of money on food. House was set up with all that we needed. Beds were comfortable and there was tons of room. Place very clean with normal wear and tear. Would come stay here again absolutely! Had some concerns that the air was not working although it stayed fairly cool. Placed two calls to the maintenance group who never bothered to at least call us back. Weather stayed pleasant so it wasnt an issue. Would have appreciated the courtesy though. Very close to all of the parks, and airport. Especially a great idea for a family to spread out in after a lot of time together. Excellent experience. |

We had such a wonderful stay at your beautiful Gated Community home! There is nothing like living in the back yard of Disney World and just minutes from so many other attractions. Being this close to everything we were able to visit the theme parks, take in a couple of dinner shows, take a trip to Cocoa Beach and when each trip was done, we could come to our home away from home in your private quietly located villa and take a swim, play pool or just relax and watch a movie. Two master suites made the house perfect for our two small families. It was nice to have breakfast together each morning . . . I could go on and on about how nice this was. Privacy and amenities make a perfect combination for a wonderful vacation. We hope to stay there again when we’re in the Disney area. Thanks again Helen and James for sharing your home with us. |

| We stayed at this house on July 1 - July 8th. We all enjoyed ourselves, this subdivision is conveniently located to all the attractions but yet away from all the hustle and bustle. We loved the all the things this house had to offer. Close to Walmart, Walgreen's if you forgot something and to get groceries. The layout of the home was great as well, we had two families and we were not on top of each other either. I will definitely recommend to people to rent and consider again myself. |

The kids had their own rooms, tv's, game boy & more.The kitchen & laundry rooms were a big plus. We took a lot less clothing along for our stay. The pool and spa were great.

Two families shared this home, including 5 kids!!! We had plenty of room, the pool table and pool were big time hits with the kids! It was the third time that we rented a house from Helen and just as expected, it was top notch service, great communication (in fact I believe she answer emails 20 hours a day), and of course the house was in perfect state.
Overall it was our 13th trip to Disney. This time the girl felt like relaxing and never wanted to leave the pool. They were in the pool first thing in the morning, we would go to the park for a few hours and it was back into the pool.
The Dad is usually not a fan of swimming but could not resist the hot spa and the 90 degree water in the pool.
Thanks again for being part of our family vacation and making them memorable every time.

Good day Helen and James,
I just wanted to take one minute to thank you for providing top notch accomodation. My 4 daughters, my mother in law, and my wife greatly enjoyed the comfort of the home.
Myself I was like a kid at the park, coming from Quebec it is not usual to walk behind the house and pick your own oranges in the morning. It was really great.
As mentioned by others, it was great to be able to used back roads to get to the disney gates within less than 10 minutes.
Really I still do not understand why I have stayed in crowded hotel room in the past when such offering exists.
We will be back VERY SOON that's for sure.

Large spacious rooms with all the comforts of home. Ten minutes to Disney, yet away from the hustle and bustle after a long day. Just wanted to thank you so much for your help and professional manner in taking care of us at your vacation home in the Bridgewater Subdivision. This was the first time we ever have rented a home to vacation in and I can tell you we will never stay in hotel accomodations again for vacation. I can not tell you enough good things about our stay in Orlando. If my husband and I had been couped up in a hotel room for a week with 4 kids...I can honestly say we probably would have cut our vacation short because of being so confined we would have lost our minds. Being able to cook means before and after going to the parks saved us so much money that we were able to do so many other things we may have had to bypass. The kids swam every single day and looked forward to "going home" to our "home away from home" to swim and relax after a day at the parks.
Also, being able to wash clothes and towels made life easy...we had no dirty clothes when we came home from vacation...it made unpacking so very easy. I have recommended your home to everyone that I have talked to as "the definite way to go" due to location and shear convenience. The drive to the parks was so very easy and convenient to most everything..within 10min drive. Thanks so very much...I have kept all of your information for "next time". I greatly appreciate the ease and convenience of your wonderful home....

I just wanted to drop you a note regarding our recent trip to your house, 336 Hills Bay Drive in Davenport, Florida.
We enjoyed staying at the house in Bridgewater and found it to be very convenient to Disney. It also was a simple drive to get to Universal, and it was nice to be away from all the hustle bustle of I-Drive. The house is very nice. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and the GameCube - that was an added bonus when she saw that! It was very simple to access the house via the lock box, and it was nice to have such a large amount of space to spread out in, while on vacation. It is much nicer than being cramped in a small hotel room! I was disappointed when I realized that I could have brought my laptop computer. I didn't expect to have internet access available in the house. That certainly is a convenient perk for those who are staying for a while.
We will certainly contact you again, when we plan our next trip to Orlando.

OUR FAMILY STAYED IN THIS HOME BETWEEN CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS 2004-2005. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN, VERY SPACIOUS AND WELL EQUIPPED WITH ALL YOU MAY NEED DURING YOUR STAY. THE SCREENED PORCH AND POOL/SPA WERE FABULOUS AND WE LOVED THE VIEW FROM THE BACKYARD. WE ENJOYED THE GAME TABLE AND GAME CUBE THAT WAS AVAILABLE TO US. WE ALSO USED THE HIGHCHAIR AND STROLLER WHICH WAS INCLUDED AT NO CHARGE. WE ESPECIALLY LIKED WORKING WITH HELEN JAMES, SHE WAS EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY THROUGHTOUT THE WHOLE RENTING PROCESS AND OUR DEPOSIT WAS RETURNED IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS FROM WHEN WE ARRIVED HOME.

The house was just what we pictured and we loved spending time there. The crib was wonderful and the perfect size for our daughter. She slept in the "Mickey & Minnie" room and loved waking up to see the characters on the wall. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous and the whole family had a lot of fun swimming and soaking. The beds were very comfortable. The DVD player came in handy for our toddler who insisted on watching Barney shows everyday. Overall we had a lot of fun and we felt very lucky to have missed the hurricanes.
We have already referred you to 3 families and hope that you will get bookings from them. We would love to qualify for a referral discount...that would be great! Please feel free to give out our e-mail address to anyone who is looking for a reference before staying at your lovely home. Fantastic property. We stayed in house
June 5-12, 2004. The house is filled
with ammenities and the pool was wonderful on those hot, muggy Florida days. Our stay was a family vacation-
with the grandparents,sister's family and our own kids, the eight of us including children had plenty of space. This rental is in a brand new sub-division, two exits from Disney and about 15 minutes to Universal, grocery store right at entrance to sub-division. Owners are extremely attentive to details and willing to help in any way. A+++ experience. We are telling all our Chicago-land friends about this fantastic value.
