We stayed at the lake house the first part of Oct.09 and had a wonderful visit. Doug fished a tournament that week-end and the lake house was perfect. A great location, very clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home. Thanks again and we will be back. P.S. Doug did great in the tournament. |

My husband and I and our puppy, Rocky just stayed at the lake house and it was great!!!! The home was comfortable and clean and we all felt right at home. I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee on the dock at the lake house and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
We want to thank Deb and Jim for being so accommodating and for making us feel right at home at the lake house. I hope that we will be able to return to the lake house real soon. Thanks again Deb and Jim. |

We had a very quiet and very relaxing week. Your house is very warm and nicely decorated. One of our graddaughters, Abby who is 10 years old fished with grandaddy for her first time! She came running up to the house holding the pole with a small catfish singing "Nana look a fish!" I will never forget this moment, neither will Burt. Thank you both for renting your lake home to us! | My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Deb and Jim's house. They had everything we needed available. My daughter and her friend especailly enjoyed the place, she played horseshoes for the first time. They loved the dock and the swing. She can't wait for us to get back over there. | This was one of our most enjoyable vacations ever! This rental has all the comforts of home....and a lake! Deb was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was in working order. We arrived on July 4th and saw fireworks from the dock. Our children enjoyed playing in the cove, tubing, and skiing. We caught several catfish, the biggest right off the pier. I enjoyed reading in the hammock. We we're thrilled to find such cozy, affordable place that welcomed the entire family, our chocolate lab, Latte, included. We are definitely planning to return. |

My name is Yoly, I have been on lots of vacations, but this Lake house on Lake Sinclair has to be one of the most relaxing and peaceful one's we've had.
The house is very accomadating everything you need is supplied, its cozy, warm, and it gives you that feeling of such serenity and tranquility. Surrounded by lots of trees,the lake is right on the back of the house where you could just walk to the pier and sit and fish. Watch all the different kind of birds and ducks, or just relax on the hammock amongs the trees. We had a wonderful time. We rented a boat and went all through the lake. We played board games at night, lit the fire place when it was cool. Wether you have children or if you just want to get away for the weekend, this is the perfect place. Were going back in Sept. we liked so much. Thanks To D.J. |

| 3/19/09 We had a wonderful 3 days at the lakehouse. It had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed catching catfish off the dock and playing horseshoes. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the place too! Deb --- Just a note to say Thanks again for making Cindy & Millards Week-end perfect.
They loved the house and had a great secluded week-end.
They really needed that and yur house was perfect.
They llok forward to returning ad maybe next visit it will be great sunny weather as it rained and was really bad weather all week-end, but they didn't care. They were together and that's what they wanted.

We arrived from Houston, Charlotte and Orlando, to have a family gathering for my daughter's 30th birthday.
Couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. Very comfortable, and had all the necessities.
Deb kept in touch during the booking process , and very helpful with local info.
We rented a boat, ate well, had a fire for popcorn and S'Mores. Plus the birthday cake and presents.
A truly relaxing weekend.

| We loved the ten days we spent here. The area is beautiful and lake superb. The cabin is cozy comfortable and clean. It has been given excellent care by the owners. The water was low in areas but the dock was accomodating to the 22 ft pontoon boat we had rented for the visit so it was a non issue for us. The owners called to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we did! Want to experience the quietness of the woods with only the sounds of the crickets while sitting around the fire and roasting marshmellows? This is the place!!!!!! Our children visited on the weekend with their dog and this is a pet friendly home also. This cabin accomodates way more people than the 4 we had. We will be back. Thank you Deb and Jim. |

| We had without a doubt a wonderful time at Lake Sinclair. Everyone was able to participate in the lake activities such as tubing, jet skiing, lounging in the hammock, and horse shoes. The water by the dock was low, but that made it possible for our 2year old grandbaby to splash around in the lake with all the family. The weather was wonderful, but very hot. So it was nice to be able to go inside of the house and rest with the airconditioning. Their was eleven of us which we at first thought would pose a few problems, But we were all able to sleep cofortably without any complaints. Our time at the lake house was perfect we were supplied with towels, dishes, and all the necessary tools to have a wonderful vacation. It was also great to be able to bring our dog along who enjoyed the water as much as we did. Hope your stay is as wonderful as ours was. |

| Once We started our rental process with Deb it was like dealing with a friend, from start to finish. We were very please when we arrived at their home on the lake, in a nutshell, nice clean, cozy, and comfertable. Everything you need is there, all you need to bring is clean undies, and a toothbrush. We had a great time, it was my nieces 19th birthday, so the family came up for one of the nights we were there, and brought there boat,, it rained for one day, but we still had a great time, caught catfish from the privite dock.. we will go back |

| Jim & Deb and their "Customer Service" attitude are the reason we keep using VRBO renatls for our vacation needs. Their home is very comfortable, clean and the setting relaxing. When something completely out of their control occurred (dredging lake 3 doors down) they were right on top of making things right for their guests. 5 star hotels don't even have that attitude many times. We will be back |

Robin and I and the girls (Shelby and Ellie Mae)
(Labs) have stayed at the lake house twice now. We
were there in the summer and again in winter. We
spent Xmas there in 2006.
We have always found the house spotless and have
always had all we needed. We were soooo happy to
find such a cozy little house.Internet shopping can
be risky....but I assure you, you will be ever sooo

We love staying at Deb and Jim's Lake Sinclair home. They go the extra mile to be assured their guests are happy and comfortable. We enjoy going there and just 'moving in', with everything
furnished; there is no need to bring anything but a few personal items.
This Lake Sinclair home is wonderful, not only for honeymooners, family and their guests but it is 'pet friendly', which was very important to us, as we have a nice, well behaved dog, and she goes with us everywhere.
You can't find a better place to stay in the Lake Sinclair area. The home is well maintained, beautiful and very affordable. We will certainly vacation there again and again.
These folks may start off as acquaintances, but end up as 'friends'. Thank you Deb and Jim for making our stay in your home a wonderful experience.

| Always have a blast when we stay at this home. Lots of wonderful memories from everytime. I was able to take my dog Baby with me and she enjoyed touring the grounds and going in the water. Nice and private and very quiet with lots of room. The kids had a blast as well and we all made smores by the campfire in the evening. You will enjoy every moment here, feels just like home except your away. |

The home sits on a quiet road, with lots
of privacy, but very convenient to lots

a lovely area in Georgia to visit and
