| Great place. We had a super time. Plenty of room for 4 and not get in each others way. Nicely furnished and great view of the course. So much to do close by. We have to go back....just to relax! |

| Beautiful place. Very nice view of the golf course. Of course we had nice and sunny weather even though the weatherman said rain. My wife and I rented with another couple and we all had a great time without bumping into each other. The condo is plenty large and comfy too. We will rent again. |

We enjoyed are stay at this patio home on the 15th fairway of the Stadium course at PGA West.
The furnishings were comfortable and the rooms were very clean.
We will certainly be back. |

Our second year at this condo, we were staying for the
Coachella Festival - The condo is in excellent
condition, the view is gorgeous, and the proximity to
the Emporio Field lets us ride our bicycles there. The
owner answered all emails within a day, and the
deposit was returned quickly - an overall excellent
experience. |

| If you want to relax in a comfortable environment, this is the place. If you want to play golf, swim or just sit in the sun, this is the place. If you like to cook, you'll find everything you need for a full course meal or a quick snack. If you don't want to cook, there are many good places to eat. The Super-Ralphs market is just up the road and has a great take out deli. We have been coming to the desert since the 1950s and we have never enjoyed a visit more. "Two thumbs up!" |

| We lucked out to find this condo on the internet, and we were so pleasantly surprised by its location, cleanliness and decor. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2004 and were impressed to find the kitchen very fully stocked to make a great turkey dinner. The unit is spotless and very nicely furnished. We had bad luck with rainy weather, but we loved curling up on the wonderful couches in front of the fire. We were also very impressed with the ease with which we made the arrangements through the owner. He was so helpful and accommodating to our arrival and departure needs. We will definitely be back! |

| A big Thank You to our hosts for the wonderful time we spent in their condo in January 2005. The condo is well located and very clean with all the amenities on site. The location is close to all the courses with plenty of pools and walking trails. If you want a great vacation in a wonderful condo on the golf course stay in this one. Thanks again for your assistance and directions in making our holiday an enjoyable one. |

| This condo looks like a model home. Everything is new and fresh and the layout is excellent. All amenities you could need are included. The immediate area is very private and quiet. The gated communitiy is well kept and very clean as well. Our dealings with the owner were professional and best of all we had a great holiday. |

| If you are looking for a place to spend a relaxing vacation don't pass this up!! The view out the patio of the 15th Hole and the mountains in the morning and at sunset was spectacular. Our party of 3 stayed here 4/28 - 5/2/2004 and I must say this condo has everything you need including a gas grill, DVD,VCR, CD player, TV's in both bedrooms, wine glasses for us wine lovers and a location near any golf course you could want to play in the area. There's a supermarket just up the road and Hwy 111 which runs through all the nearby towns like Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage and on which there are many restaurants,shops and stores is also very near by. In closing, I would like to add that the owners, The Neavels, are a pleasure to deal with. I only hope that I have the opportunity to come back and visit this area and stay here again. |

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condominium. It is outstandly clean and the setting is unsurpassed. PGA West is like an Oasis in the desert like no other. The condo sits on the 15th tee of the stadium course and the view is outstanding. It is also located close to many quality newer golf courses, Landmark and Trilogy which we thoroughly enjoyed playing.
We also - tired of vacationing in hotels and eating out every night - really enjoyed the barbeque and eating in on many of the nights during our visit.
It is an outstanding facility and we would highly recommend it to all. |

My wife and I are pretty "fussy" about the cleanliness of rental units. This home was neat, clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations.
The condo has a beautiful setting on the 15th tee of the Stadium Course looking west at the beautiful mountains.
The home and kitchen was stocked with all the necessary amenities and as a result enjoyed many meals at the home.
For someone from the Northwest, a little sunshine and blooming flowers are are real treat this time of year.

My wife stayed at this condo a few weeks ago during the the Bob Hope Classic. It was a wonderful place. Very nicely appointed with all the amenties you can imagine. The location is excellent and we highly reccommend it.
