| We stayed in M-101 during Christmas week 2008. Location was perfect for us skiers. The condo was well appointed--had everything we needed for comfort and cooking. Appreciated the inside parking. We experienced a winter storm that dumped 18" of snow on Christmas Day--kudos to the condo's snow removal folks-we were able to hit the slopes and return safely-they continually worked to keep the streets, sidewalks and driveways clear. Matthias was very efficient and easy to work with. We'll be back!! |

| Great location--perfect jumping off point for summer activities: Waterskiing, hiking in the Nat'l forest, alpine activities at nearby ski resorts, restaurants in Park City, the Olympic park, and more. The unit itself was clean and well furnished, just as promised. Would stay there again. |

We stayed in M202 and loved it. We were there for a week for my daughters softball tournament and it felt like home! The pool is great, the grill on the deck made the evenings very enjoyable and the view was fantastic.
Mattias made the whole process very easy and he is a pleasure to deal with.
We will be in the same unit again next season. Thanks Mattias |

Stayed in unit M102 the last week of March. Condo was attractive, well-equipped, clean and very convenient. The scenery was beautiful and we really liked the enclosed garage. Will definitely stay at Fox Bay again.
Mattias was very courteous,helpful and prompt with replies. We needed to get an urgent package delivered to us at the condo, and he helped us work that out. We appreciate the ease of dealing with Mattias and Fox Bay Condos. |

The unit was more then we expected. The entire group( 5 )was thrilled with the view of Deer Valley while having an adult beverage
as the steaks cooked on the gas grill.
We skied Deer Valley (DV) (3x), Park City,(PC) Snowbird, and Alta. DV was 5 minutes away , PC 10 minutes away and going over to ski on ( 215 ) 45 minutes away. The weather gave us 2 sunny days and 4 days of Utah powder!!!. PC Main Street was great for meals, shopping and entertainment. When we return to Utah, we will be returning to the Fox Bay Condos. |

| The condo was expected!! Tips, use Deer Valley Gondola for skiing as no traffic to get on as opposed to other entrances to DV. We liked the close proximity to pool and hot tub, right out the door!!! We were able to pick up wifi (unsecured) also. We will come back again!!! |

I just want to say that we had a great stay at the Fox Bay Condo we rented. We are a family of 4 and travel alot. All the rooms in our Condo were spacious and nicely laid out...and there was plenty of storage space. The place was very clean and well appointed. The place actually exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased.
This is our 5th trip to Deer Valley and we have previously rented at: Comstock at Deer Valley (~ $700/night), a small historic house in Park City (~600/night),and Park Station twice (~ 500/night). While these other places are closer to the ski resorts - to me - they are no longer worth the price. In fact, the place at Park Station and the house we rented were not nearly as good as we expected. Comstock was really nice - but it was also ~$700/nite.
Fox Bay Condos are nice, quite nice and a great value.
Also - let me say that Matthias is one of the best persons to work with on renting a property. He responses were always very prompt and complete.
I can say with confidence that we'll be renting at Fox Bay again on our next ski trip ('09). |

The condo at Foxbay exceeded our expectations and was a great value for what it offered. The Jordenelle lift is 4 minutes door to door.
The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals there which saved even more instead of eating out every night.
Would definitely stay there again. |

Wow! What a great time we had staying at the Fox
By M101 unit! The condo was perfect for our family
of five - very cozy and warm after a day in the
snow. Great location near Jordanelle lift to Deer
Valley (we rented equipment so had to drive to
Snowpark Lodge in but it was only 15-20 minutes.)
Beautiful surroundings. Even asw some kind of
gorgeous wildcat up on the condo roof across the
way and a beautiful white bunny on the property!

| This is our second time staying in Unit M203 at Fox Bay. The location is ideal for families who want to get away and have scenic views of the mountains and the lake. Close proximity to the Jordanelle gondolla at Deer Valley. The condo is well equipped for cooking and the decorating is in keeping with the rustic outdoor theme of Utah. The underground parking is a really nice feature. |

| We stayed in unit 201 it was very clean and comfortable. Inside parking is a big plus had a very good time skiing at Deer Valley. I did like using the gondola it was very convenient. I would stay again and maybe in the summer one year. If you have time check out Heber City is very quaint. |

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo (Unit
M202) during the first week of January 2008. It was
everything as described- Great value! We skied
Deer Valley every day, didn't do the Gondola access
but drove to main entrance in Park City, which was
an easy 15 min. drive. This was our first time sking
Utah...we will definetly be back and rent again.

| Great value for a two bedroom condo. Condo is clean and new with good size rooms and all appliances etc... Just minutes from Jordanelle Gondola for easy and luxurious access to Deer Valley skiing. Great views of the mountain slopes and the lake. Less than a ten minute drive into Park City with no traffic lights until Park City proper. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay a bit outside of Park City but with easy access to the mountain skiing. |

The unit at Fox Bay was as described and worked out very well for skiing. Although lift is only a few hundred yards away, it is on the other side of the highway so walking is not practical. The Deer Valley tram has a very convienient parking lot that even during Christmas - New Year season is not very busy at all. Worked out great for skiing - although a car is necessary. Inside garage worked very well too.

Thank you for a FIVE-STAR experience at a FIVE-STAR location!! A couple notes, based upon our experience:
* NICE, FULLY LOADED CONDO: Everything we needed was available to us (ie. oven, microwave, phone, TV's, fireplace...) We also enjoyed the space available in the condo.... plenty of room! Please note, there is also easy access to a basketball court, pool, and jacuzzi - right on site at Fox Bay Condominiums.
* SUPERB LOCATION: Within minutes, we were at the Jordanelle reservoir to enjoy a few hours on the water (I highly recommend renting a boat or waverunner -- the reservoir is fantastic). Fox Bay condos, by the way, are also right across the street from the prestigious Deer Valley ski resort -- outstanding location! Downtown Park City and Heber City are also close by.
* GREAT VIEWS: Scenic views of the Jordanelle reservoir and surrounding mountains -- simply put... incredible and very refreshing.
* NICE RETREAT: Very short distance from Salt Lake City -- just over thirty minutes. So easy for local residents to enjoy a nice excursion to Park City.
* PROFESSIONALISM: Superb management, great customer service ... we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Thanks again! We look forward to our next visit to Fox Bay Condominiums!!!! Two thumbs up!
