| We truly enjoyed the accomodations. The condo has everything you need for a ski vacation. It is convenient to the bus route and in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The hot tub is great after a day of skiing. |

| Our stay at LeeAnn's condo was very enjoyable. The condo was very comfortable, clean and had everything we could possibly need. we had most of our meals at the condo because we were too tired after skiing all day. The location was excellant because we were able to walk to nearby shopping or catch the bus at the curb. And the skiing was awesome too! |

| I stayed in Leeann's Carriage House Condo #417 the first week of April. While the condo is modest, it was clean and comfortable with no surprises and the outdoor heated pool was the ticket after a day on the slats. The location was great. The free buses stop outside the building and take you just about everywhere you need to go in Park City (save your money and ditch the rental car). Also an easy walk to shopping, Albertsons 24/7, restaurants (good steak house and mexican just around the corner) etc. No hassle with check-in/check-out, the electronic key lock was real convenient. Most of all Leeann was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and a dream to work with. The accomodations were just what I wanted. Thumbs up! |

| The condo was very clean and a great location. We loved the bus system and the closeness to the condo for the stops. It was a bit small for a family of four, but we weren't there to stay in the condo! The skiing was awesome. The cable wasn't working. It was nice and quiet on the 4th floor. |

| We stayed at LeeAnn's condo the week of Feb 4 through Feb 11. We had a fabulaous time skiing with perfect snow conditions. The condo was very nice, with great amenities such as covered parking, hot tub,etc. It is in a great location with easy access to downtown Park City as well as the 3 ski areas. |

bus system in park city is great it takes you where ever you want to go and it does'nt cost anything. donations are excepted.

hi,i stayed in leeann's condo in feb 05, i was there with 3 other friends and had a fantastic time.. we all came to snowboard and had the time of are lives.... we all still talk about now! the location , condition, cleaness everything about the condo was 1st class. leeann is one of the most honest and friendliest people i have ever met. thanks for the memorys that will live with me forever.

| We had such a wonderful experience at the condo. Everything we needed was in a short walking distance away. The free bus shuttle was excellent and got us everywhere we needed to go. The condo was relaxing. We will defintely be back! |

We had a great time in Park City and enjoyed the condo. It was well-equipped and perfect for the two of us. The free shuttle bus service worked well, once we got the hang of it. The buses were frequent and convenient to Prospector Square from Main Street and the ski areas. The price was right and the condo was cozy for the best skiing in the world.

I rented Carriage House condo #417
in Park City, Utah for the month of
July, 2004. The most important point
to make is the condo's location
which is central to everything. A
person who likes to walk could rent
this condo, walk to most everything of
note and be happy. Anything too far
to walk is accessible by a nearby
trolley or bus line.
The condo itself is more than
adequate for two people, perfectly
okay for three people and tolearable
for four people. A family of four with
two small children would be fine but
four, unrelated, adults might find it
tight.
There is a nice view of the pool. It
creates a vacation mood which gives
the condo appeal.
The condo is more than equiped with
blankets, towels, etc. so don't bring
anything. The same goes for dishes
and kitchen things.
Anyone may call me directly at my
house if you have a question. I do not
know the owner and have no
connection to her. I found her to be
totally honest and prompt in all
