| This was our family's 1st experience not only renting a home (that would COMFORTABLY sleep 7) but also our 1st experience vacationing in Miami. After hours & literally DAYS of researching hundreds of internet listings (in addition to price comparing motels and reading tripadvisor reviews) of rentals located in the Miami area all the way north to Pompano Beach, this property TOPPED THE LIST for value, cleanliness, privacy, and amennities. Of the dozens of inquiries I made from both the rental owners and the BBB, Lou was the ONLY owner not intimidated or offended by my questions, as I had no idea what to expect! He graciously & thoughtfully answered each question in detail, and as far as I know, he's the only one of at least 50-75 inquiries that is licensed with the Dept of Business & Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels & Restaurants. He was one of the few (if not the ONLY one) that did NOT require a damage deposit; by mentioning his name you can receive a 10% off Gold Coast car rental, and he helped our family of seven get the MAX of our TIME & MONEY by sending us the Greater Ft Lauderdale Vacation planner (at his own expense); he emailed web links for discounts to local attractions & restaurants & shops & family/kid attractions; he shared plane ticket advice & info & even emailed a live beach cam link which provided 6 months of happy anticipation! He helped these northern tourists find their way around town and SAVE GAS by preparing a map for us to affordable restaurants serving the cuisine we had mentioned we were interested in. Lou PAYS ATTENTION to you! But YOU DON'T PAY travel agent fees for his GENEROUS, kind, considerate and SINCERE customer service -- if you want it (or need it), Lou will get it for you! Thanks, Lou, for all the behind-the-scenes work, dedicated effort, and personal expense you donated towards making our vacation memorable. | This was our third year in a row staying in this beautiful condo with an awesome pool. Jim and Lou were graciuos hosts as usual and the addition of the flat screen plasma TV in the living area as an excellent addition. You can't go wrong staying at this condo, the owners are fantastic and you don't have the hassels of dealing with rental companies. The human factor adds alot to the enjoyment. |

Home away from home - We can't say enough about our stay in Lou and Jim's great house. The backyard is a dealbreaker with extreme privacy and wonderful landscaping. It was especially great at night. They were wonderful landlords for our foray into winter Florida living. The house has such a homey feel we didn't think about our home once. Everything you need and more is provided and again, I can't overstate how gracious the guys were. At one point, we had 4 guests and there was plenty of room for all and everyone was impressed by how well maintained the home was. Great experience and we'll definitely be back.

My brothers and I come to Miami every year for the Caribbean Carnival and we normally rent hotel rooms. This year we rented this property and loved it we hardly went out. Lou you guys had everything there except girls, but we will work on that next year. Lol. The house and the surroundings were so relaxing it was like almost going back home to islands and forgetting the hustle and bustle of the real world. We really appreciate you creating such a setting and would recommend this home to everyone looking for a smooth quiet getaway... And as Lou would say “this is not a party spot” It was total relaxation home. Thanks again you guys for a pleasant stay…..

We loved the house. It was better than any hotel or motel you can imagine. It was quiet, private and had all the comforts of home. And we even had the pool all to ourselves. Perfect in every way. Beautifully maintained home,pool and grounds. Quiet neighborhood in great location. We felt right at home as soon as we crossed the threshhold. Lou and Jim are delightful and their attention to detail is exemplary. The home is lovely, comfortable,very private and possesses every amenity. The front courtyard is so peaceful, a great place for a glass of wine and intimate conversation. Highly recommend and would be happy to give a verbal reference to anyone who would like to call us. This was our little dog's first trip and he was in heaven at this property. There was even a fresh bowl of water waiting for him on our arrival! Need I say more?

| Just returned from a delightful stay at Fort Lauderdale vacation house. The house was immaculate and very spacious-easily accomodating our family of 8. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms had everything you could possible need and then some. We really appreciated the pack-n-play, high chair, pool toys/floats, games, sand toys, beach towels, etc...The highlight was definately the pool and yard-so beautiful and tons of fun!! The day trip to Miami Sea Aquarium (35 minute drive) was definately a highlight. Lou and Jim were fantastic hosts and we would love to stay at the house again. |

What a holiday!!! There were 6 of us and there was room to spare in this wonderful vacation home. We were greeted by the owners (Lou and Jim) and told all of the amenities of the area as well as the house. We could've stayed at the pool in the beautifully landscaped back yard and been perfectly content not to move but we took the suggestions of Lou and Jim and discovered fine dining and a great night life very close to the house.

| A great house, with a superb pool and garden. It's nice to have so much space in a rental property. Lou and Jim were especially helpful and considerate and made sure we had everything we needed. Even a bottle of Champagne was delivered to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. We found lots to do in the area. Try Sawgrass Recreation park - they are recovering from devastating hurricane damage and really appreciate your custom. Butterfly World and Morikami Museum were both excellent, and Jungle Queen riverboat trip gave us a good overview of Ft Lauderdale and its waterways. A great holiday, and we can recommend the house and area to everyone. Bring a laptop - the wireless internet access is really useful. Thanks again Lou and Jim. |

The Florida Vacation House was everything we expected...and more. The photos on the website did not do justice for the immaculate spot that Lou and Jim have in Wilton Manors.

| Very comfortable home. We were met by Lou and Jim who were very gracious and showed us around. The house is completely furnished both inside and out with everything you could possibly need. The property is well maintained and very private. Lots of towels, even for the pool, recommendations of local restaurants (all very good), games, and many, many extras. The beds are very comfortable and everything is in good shape. I would definitely return again and recommend this house to everyone. The house is located away from all the noise of Ft. Lauderdale but close enough to make it a very convenient location. Great value. |

Lou and Jim showed me what the meaning of luxary really is.These two didn't miss a beat. It was like being at home with all the extra's they provide.

| It was a real pleasure for us to stay one week at this wonderful vacation house. You have a lot space, more than the pictures show. It's lovely decorated, very clean and you feel "at home" from the first minute you enter the house. We'll never forget our "happy hours" at the poolside. I-75 (Alligator Alley) is less than 5 miles from the property. It connects Ft. Lauderdale with Florida's Gulf Coast and Naples, FL. I-95 is less than 2 miles from the rental property.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house in a more perfect location with such gracious hosts. From the moment we walked in, you could see the great detail and pride Lou and Jim take in their property. We truly enjoyed our experience and can not say enough great things about this property. The pool and well manicured yard served as an oasis which was difficult to pry ourselves away from. The house was spotless and had everything you could ever need and then some in a vacation home. | What a truly, impressive house. Immaculately clean and well-furnished; even the yard was wonderfully landscaped with tropicals and impeccably maintained. And the pool- wow! The house was also centrally located to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping (what more do you need on vacation). We cannot recommend the place highly enough. And of course, Lou and Jim went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. But, they never interfered with our privacy. Perfect hosts plus wonderful house = Terrific vacation. |

| The house was truly wonderful! In truth, the web photos do not give the house its due justice. The pool out back is wonderful!!! I had to drag myself to the beach! The house is clean, has all the amenities, perfectly located - I could have made an entire vacation out of staying at the house, swimming and reading. Lou & Jim are so sweet and so cute! Their attention to detail is excellent, everything is perfectly clean, and the website pictures do not do the place justice - it is spacious, very well maintained, stylishly furnished and in a very good neighbourhood. | The house is a wonderful escape. The pool and yard were great, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The house is conveniently located, and my friends and I enjoyed our week in Wilton Manors. Jim and Lou went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, it was a pleasure to do business with them. |
