We stayed here for two weeks with our two young children. The kids were extremely excited about staying in the loft and we were thrilled with the spacious bedroom and beautilful bathroom in the lower level. The amenities are everything you could ask for. The apartment is definitely in walking distance to shopping and eating and we even happened to stay at a time when a festival was going on in the courtyard down the street. We planned several day trips to Rome, Florence, and Pisa and even found a beautiful beach near Ortebella that took our breathe away and had us returning multiple times. The host of the apartment couldn't have been more helpful in helping us prepare and feel comfortable as we made our first trip abroad. She even tried to point out where the closest grocery stores were located. I could not have had the same experience staying in a hotel! This rates an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale!

This is a special property--we spent two weeks in this apartment out of a total of 3 months in Italy--and we would rank it at the top of the list. It has been completely remodeled and was so well located in the medieval quarter of town-we walked everywhere-and the restaurants were outstanding. We would and hope to return again-and the owner was very accomodating to our every need. On a scale of 1-10--we give this property an 11 !!!!!!!!!!

I Lived for 9 months on the same street of this house. Viterbo is a lovely city, and this street in particular is perfect. It's right off one of the main piazzas, and near the Museo Civico di Viterbo and a fabulous Latteria right inside the Porta della Verita. I don't know this apartment, but I know that this part of Viterbo, and the city itself, is an ideal place to stay while in Italy. It's a great place.
